At dawn, Qin Yu heard the sound of the lock turning outside the room.
He opened his eyes while lying on the bed, and the footsteps outside lightened. Then the door to his sister's bedroom was pushed open, and soon, the sound of running water came from the bathroom.
Qin Yu pretended to wake up from his daze. He turned on the bedroom light, put on his slippers, and walked into the living room to look at the dim light behind the bathroom window. He decided to sit on the sofa and wait.
A few minutes later, he noticed that the water droplets on the showerhead had been turned off, and footsteps were heard. Qin Yu yawned at the right time, and his sleepy eyes met his sister's gaze.

"Brother."
Qin Yu asked, "Are you hungry? I'll make you some food."
He stood up and walked towards the dining room.
