Chapter 30 - Chapter-30

The deep orange fiery rays of sun beaming down on the lovely couple through the glass windows woke him up from the beautiful slumber. Wrapping himself against Hazel, encasing her between his arms made him smile. Her face nuzzled in his chest and her long hair sprawled on the floor from the bed. Austin encircled his arms around her waist and their legs interwined together, Austin was awestruck and couldn't believe that this beautiful girl is all his.

Austin movements earned a sleepy groan from her and she squeezed him tighter with her arms encircled around him. Austin chuckled lowly amused at her as he leaned forward and kissed her temple. As soon as his lips touched her forehead, an involuntary smile appeared on her lips.

Warmth radiating from her body and her angelic face, her lavender smell surrounding his senses, He completely lost his senses and just laid there watching her breathe. No matter how many time they said 'I love you' to each other, he still couldn't wrap his head around the fact that he is so lucky to fall in love with this beautiful human being and being loved back. And able to confess without any struggles. He pulled her more into his chest and placed his hand on her bare back and began to draw small circles.

This is the best birthday of his life, not only the sex part but the thought behind the effort, she cared deeply for him and stepped out of her comfort zone to make him happy.

His mindful speechless rambling moment interrupted by the loud phone ring quaking in the table on the farther corner of the room. He thought of ignoring it at first but decided against it when it rang again. Sighing in defeat, he pushed himself away from Hazel as she grumbled in sleep, murmuring to come back to her as she felt cold. He smiled at her and leaned down to peck her pouted lips. He lifted the towel lying in the floor and wrapped it around his waist and began to walk towards the table.

He grabbed his phone from the table but the call was ended even before he grabs the phone but just then, he saw a text on the screen.

That's when he saw the photo sent by Ethan. Under the blue sky, with scattered white cotton clouds, there stood Hazel smiling widely looking directly at the camera when the picture was taken. Panic arose in Austin's chest as soon as his eyes fixed on the photo. Why would Ethan send her photo? Is she the one his brother was searching for? But why? How did he got her picture? Momentarily distracted by her beauty, Austin snapped back to reality and groaned in frustration.

He immediately dailed Ethan because he wanted to know what is going on right now, the more time it took for him to respond, the more he grew impatient.

As soon as Ethan picked his call, he roared in anger slowly trying to calm down and waited for him to ask about the real reason Austin had called him.

"The.. Picture you sent me, who is she?" Austin asked him.

"It is the photo of the person your brother, Dylan was asked to collect information about," Ethan replied.

"How did my brother know her?" Austin tried to act subtle but he couldn't stop the panic arising inside him.

He wanted more information from Ethan about his brother's plans about her but he didn't want to be more obvious and get in trouble himself. He was trying his best not to burst and demand the answers. As he slowly turned around to see Hazel lying peacefully, eyelashes softly resting against her skin, her beautiful body, curled up on the bed. He couldn't afford to lose her. Was she in any trouble? Is he going to lose her? Is she in danger? Did something happened unaware of his knowledge? Is he asking about him to kill her? The jumping stirring questions in his mind froze when he was flodded with his love for her, with much effort he risked himself asking the question.

"Why does he want to know about the woman in the picture?" Sighing loudly, Ethan replied, "As I said before he didn't mention me the reason why he wanted to know about her, but it is important for him to know about her." Growing in frustration he gritted his teeth.

"Alright. I will try to find details about her." Austin replied on the phone and ended the call. Groaning in frustration and fear, he decided to ask the one person who had the all answers.
