Chapter hundred and ninety: I am frustrated.
Jamie made it into the garden before she screamed to let out all the pent up frustration and anger inside her.
She screamed two more times before she felt her pounding heart come back to normal gradually.
She made her way to the stable and she grabbed Millie the horse and she rode off towards the river.
When she got there, she screamed again and both of her hands went to her face.
She felt the tears slip down her cheeks as some of the annoyance and frustration slipped through too.
How did she get there? Jamie wanted to ask any of the gods watching her.
How did she get from wanting to be with Alexander to wanting him to feel just as much pain as she was feeling for shutting her out.
Was it even fair that he was giving her the silent treatment when all she wanted to do was save his life? Why does it suddenly feel wrong about loving him the best way she could?
