Third person's POV
They won't be able to do a thing without Drake, it's as good as useless. Daniel tries to assure himself as he kept composed facial features when he went back to meet his wife with the clothes they had brought for her to change into.
"Hey, baby, are you feeling alright a little?" Daniel spoke, walking into the
room, his smile broadening when saw that she was looking way better than she did earlier.
"Did you get the clothes," she asked weakly after she had smiled at him a smile that was slow and only lasted about one second before it disappeared.
"Yeah, here," he said wiggling the bag in his hands.
"There's still no news about Drake? Did the detective call?" Jade asked tiredly as she remembered they had claimed to have a lead on where he might be.
