oh my God... "Are you..." I trailed off the look on my face matching that of someone feeling horrified even though that was not what I should be feeling right now.
I was supposed to be feeling relieved by what he said, and not horrified. All that he said only made me aware of the fact that he was not with them from the beginning just as I had thought.
"I was on an official trip when I got kidnapped, my company was about to turn a certain location into a resort," we had started walking into the woods when he said this, but I immediately stopped walking after hearing what he said.
