"Hey! Wait up," Clara called on to the strange guy who was just about to leave. Her heart soared inside her chest at the thought that she might not be able to ever see him ever again.
"Would you be back?" Her voice sounded like she was pleading with him to say yes.
However, the young man who looked determined to find something he had only thought was a legend since he was a child didn't seem to want to promise the young girl anything.
She was in fact his mate and that he knows, but then he couldn't afford to claim her. he has to find the Alpha and save the realm he came from so he all he did was shake his head at her without turning back to when look at her, for fear that he would want to take her with him if he did and he knew that was not such a good idea.
