I had thought I was mistaken when I thought everyone but me would be excited for a wedding I had no say, in, but apparently, I hadn't been mistaken.
There was a party, not the ideal after-party you'd think, but it was a party nonetheless and you could tell with everything going on that these people here were all so excited about the whole correlation stuff.
We had left the site where the supposed wedding took place, after an event in which I'm trying hard not to remember took place, but it seems the image of what had happened was all I could think of.
Back at the site in front of the weird bowl of water, after everything, the Young boy who they referred to as the elder asked us both to kiss.
I was taken aback for a moment at the sudden command, but I couldn't say anything, or even do anything as I turned to look at the Alpha hoping he'd say something or at least give an excuse to not make us kiss.
