Cora arrived at the scene, spectators had gathered around the scene, something that barely happened. Cora walked past the sea of people, towards the heat of the crowd.
There, Dritan and Lukas both had bloody noses coupled with bruised lower lips. Cora rushed towards the scene, standing in front of Lukas and pulled him away with her. She could feel the heavy weight of people staring at them on her shoulders. Gossip would definitely spread across the firm after this little spectacle.
Cora locked the door behind them, running her fingers through her hair nervously. Lukas sat on her desk, watching her pace around back and forth, with a worried expression.
"Calm down." Lukas said, wiping the blood off from his lower lip. His muscles were sore from receiving punches from a man he barely even knew.
