The detective pulled over at a residential area, where the ambulance and police cars were stationed. He reached for his phone to call Addie and inform him of the recent murder, but stopped himself.
"Let's go?." Donna said, pulling him away from his strings of contemplation and thought. She jumped out of her seat, an excited expression plastered on her face.
