I watched in horror as the assassin's body was dismembered by some kind of black smoke. There was an odd burning smell in the air. But that was the least of the concerns.
Tonight, all sorts of odd things happened. I was suddenly summoned to the palace by the Queen and she just showed herself in the crowd, even though the plan had been to keep her away until it was safe for her to return. I saw a black dragon appearing out of thin air, black snake-like strings crawling on the walls and floor of the courtroom, a different appearance of Her Highness, an assassin trying to kill her, and some kind of black smoke dismembering the assassin's body. Why did she suddenly show her power? Why did she become the kind of person I never thought she could be?
