"You're acting strange; are you sure you're okay?" Minda inquired as she sniffed him and smiled.
"You smell like mint," she commented.
"Yeah, I've been eating a lot of mints today, and I've been confused about a few things," he replied, smiling.
"What things?" she asked as he rose from her and pulled the string of hair in front of her face, behind her ear.
"I'll tell you tonight, okay?" he said.
"That's fine, Amias, I know this is all complicated, but just so you know, I don't want you to feel obligated to tell me anything, take your time, I am sure I can wait," she said as she walked away, and he sighed.
"A woman like her is really hard to find these days, I'm going to come clean, it's time, I don't want to hurt her any more than I already have," Amias said before leaving.
