She turned down the shutters and looked out of the window at the changing scenery of the capital streets. Shops and residences, institutions and towers, all of the architecture that had been preserved over the ages flew by the window of the carriage.
They were going further and further away from the merchant's district, and if it weren't questionable before that she was being kidnapped, it certainly was once the horses began to gallop.
It was so fast that she jolted in her seat, nearly toppling down to the floor of the carriage. Unlike ordinary vehicles, the sovereign carriages were large and spacious, and the floor between the seats could be padded to provide a place to sleep if needed.
Since the carriage was so big, there was more than enough space for her to be tossed around inside as they rushed through the capital at full speed.
