Her forehead was pulled into a frown as she thought. She glanced at Eva, who was still nervous, and chose a dress from the array on her bed.
It was a draping confection of green silk with a long skirt that had a train. The green was the same shade as the sovereign colour, and the sleeves began halfway down her upper arm.
The part of her arm that was exposed would be decorated with meraldi and gold arm bands.
"Help me dress, Eva."
The maidservant made obeisance and began to help her mistress perfume and dress herself. Lastly, she fixed her hair.
