Darius woke up from the sound of pebbled bouncing on the cave floor. The ravenette sighed and rubbed his eyes, groggily – he stood up and walked over the edge of the cliff.

A pebble hit his forehead.
Darius hissed and shook his head.
"Sorryyy!" Marianne shouted from the pool below.
Darius rubbed circles on his forehead to ease the pain.
"Well at least now, I'm wide awake," he mumbled.
"We have to go, Darius, while it's still dark," Marianne said.
"Alright, alright, I'm going down." Darius yawned before walking back inside the cave.
He rubbed Feli's head to wake the young griffin up, "Feli, I'm going to leave now. If anything happens here, tell me immediately, understand?"
Feli blinked his brown eyes thrice, "Okay mama." He replied.
"Alright," Darius nodded then walked away.
