The sun slowly sinks into the horizon as the darkness approaches. As time passes by, the color of the sky slowly changes into the shade of pink, purple, and orange.
Tiny specks of light started appearing in the heavens as the stars slowly sparkles, to lit the night sky.
The cold wind continued to blow against Darius' face as Feli flies high up in the sky.
"What are we going to do now Mama?" Feli asked.
"Feli…" Darius called the attention of the young griffin.
"You'll have to drop me on the top of that thing," Darius said.
"W-what but mama, that's too dangerous!" Feli protested.
"It will be fine I got this," Darius tried reassuring the griffin.
But Feli is still having his doubts. After all, dropping someone you deeply care about to a giant monster is not exactly something anyone can just do.
"Feli, I have to do this. I have to kill that thing… for my mentor." Darius said.
