The rest of the night was somewhat normal, after Darius' little chat with Adrienne.
Once they separated ways, he immediately went back to his shared room with Feli and looked for the young griffin.
Darius smiled upon seeing the young griffin sound asleep, his mind going back to what Alexander told them before they started the spell.
According to the blonde, since Feli and Darius will be in different realms. It will be difficult to remain in contact with each other, but it doesn't mean it's completely impossible.
That little hope, of course, is enough to reassure Feli that he's still connected to Darius even when the man is far away.
Darius walked over to Feli and lay beside him on the cold floor. Typically, they would sleep in separate beds, but Darius knows how much Feli wished to go with him.
Hence, he at least wants to sleep next to Feli before he leaves.
