The waves roll over the shore as the warm breeze comes and goes, while the seagulls cry as they glide along with the salty wind of the beach. The sun was high up in the sky – its scorching heat toasting the sand.
Feli flew over the line of trees while looking for a place to put Brennan down.
Ah, there it was – a high coconut tree just by the shore.
The young griffin carefully placed Brennan on the top of the tree.
"What? What's going on buddy? Why did you put me here?" Brennan asked – still clueless about the young griffin's odd actions.
Feli nudged Brennan's quiver, which made everything clear.
"I see, did Darius tell you this?" Brennan asked.
The young griffin chirped.
Brennan nodded, "I understand now. Thank you," Brennan pets Feli's head before taking a position.
As Feli left and landed on the sand-covered shore, the two of them waited for the return of their friends.
