The warm breeze blew once again as the waves rolled over the sandy shore – while under the shade of a coconut tree, the group sat to hide from the scorching hot sun.
"Wait!" Feli shouted while running after the small crab in the sand.
"You should stop him," Jessica told Darius.
"Leave him be, he's having fun," the ravenette reasoned.
Jessica just sighed, after spending time looking for the mermaid sanctuary – their efforts remained fruitless.
"Maybe you should call your lady friend," Jessica told the ravenette.
Darius turned to look at Jessica with an unamused expression, "My what?"
Jessica shrugged, "Your lady friend, the mermaid from before. Surely, she can help us find the sanctuary."
Darius scowled, "I didn't like how that sounded." He told Jessica.
"Why?" The young woman asked.
The young man just shook his head, "Never mind."
