Chapter 8 - Consequences and Fundamental Laws

{Author's Note: Due to fans donating their stones yesterday after the prompt I made, I will post a second chapter today so keep on the lookout for that! Keep up the stones!}

While building Origin City I should note that I set the fundamental laws and aspects to be the same as on earth (gravity, day-night cycle, breathing, the five senses, etc...). Except for the Seraphs and Teleportation pads no magic energy, aura, chi, etc.. can be used (yet) unless you are a Seraph (they use Mana) or a Tele pad. This is to ensure that all people who come over are simple citizens who are just in transit and are not going to cause trouble. There will be similar limitations in each world only allowing the power system of that IP to operate there.

For now, I will not lower pain (or any senses) in any of my worlds nor will I allow quick respawns unless your respawning won't affect the world. Once dead, whoever you were within that world will be dead and you have to wait a certain amount of time, depending on your situation, to get a new "vessel" in that specific world assuming it has not reset and the plot is still ongoing. I will also be limiting the number of people in each world depending on the IP.

For example, Star Wars will have a very high upper limit while SAO may only allow approx. 1000 Travelers during the 2 years that the SAO plot takes place, after the plot ends the world will be reset and start from the very beginning welcoming the next batch of Travelers. This is necessary as these are not games (despite how they may fill) in the traditional sense, I'm letting these travelers experience exactly what it's like to live within each of the IPs they experience.

This past week I've been mentally exhausted and haven't recovered after sleeping in the game. I thought it might be due to a faulty NLC so I quickly logged out of VR just to see how I felt and again, I felt drained and mentally strained. ' Looks like channeling this "IP Archive" isn't as simple as I thought.....from what I can tell it may take 3 or 4 days to recover from creating this city. '

Understanding that in the future I'll have to be careful while creating, I went into thinking about which IP I should use for my first world and what should be the rules for leaving and entering each of my worlds.

'I've decided, for at least the first few IPs I will restrict existing once one has "traveled"... '. Once entering the traveler, despite their beginnings in the world, must not leave the world for 1 year. This must be a rule set in stone as, without it, too much mayhem will ensue and harm will be done to the plot due to how people constantly disappear and reappear; this would surely affect the indigenous population.

Secondly, Travelers are not allowed to divulge where they are from and what they are, the inhabitants of my worlds will be 'real' people with 'real' lives. The travelers are there to experience the creativity of my worlds whether they enjoy it or not, this will all be listed in the Gate of Worlds building and they will each have to sign legal releases. This agreement will be bound by their very Will since accepting a binding contract (AN: It can be inferred that the VR's AI can force users to adhere to contracts if bound) will be required before entering each my multiverse.
