At one of the villages inside the wilderness of the North East of the great forest of Fiora.
The dreadful roar of the gigantic winged monster was could be heard as it flew to the sky and continuously assaulted the village beneath.
Some of the villagers ran from the scene while numerous adventurers were safeguarding them.
Levy emerged from the darkness and rushed towards them. "Derus!"
The skinhead huge man holding a shield and a huge war axe in his hand currently guiding the villagers shifted his gaze on her. "Red fox!" Derus said using a rough and heavy voice.
Levi approached him. "What's happening here?" She pointed the soaring behemoth to the sky. "Is that the Wyvern? It looks bigger than usual."
Following her was Roshan just silently watching them.
"You're right, it's not a Wyvern, we speculated that it evolved after attacking some villages this past few days. That thing up there, it's something we can't defeat. The available class A adventurers especially Kito, are already on their way here with some knights dispatched by the kingdom."
Levy's eyes widened. "Kito is coming here- what we've got here?"
"My party, and a bunch of class C adventurers who rushed here after seeing the scene."
"I see, its a good thing they are here, what are you planning to do now?"
"How about you help us evacuate the villagers so once the reinforcements arrived, they will deal with it."
"Okay." Levy's eyes immediately shifted to the person standing in her back, but she did not let out a word and just ran towards the burning village.
The adventurers moved in to help the trapped residents inside.
Roshan's gaze remained at them, the screams of the people from the distance were audible from his location, some were from the villagers, however, some came from the burned adventurers hit by the fireballs coming from above.
On his back, the rescued villagers were gathering, some of them were kneeling on the ground while sobbing.
There was one who went on and grabbed the arm of one of the adventurers. "My son, I just came back from the capital he is alone in the house, I need to go inside for my son."
"Don't worry, we will save everyone. For now, you should go as far away as possible from this place."
Roshan from the distance smiled and spoke words that he was the only one who could hear. "Save everyone? It's an unrealistic promise." His face turned towards the location where Levy was currently in. "Extremely rash. You won't live long with that personality of yours."

Levy rushed inside the village and what greeted her was the infernal flame currently devouring the entire place. The once lively village was now a hell filled with screams and agony.
"Levy, You go there and rescue all of the people you encounter. Your mana sensory will be a great help in this situation."
Ignoring the terrifying roar from above, Levy nodded and ran towards the area, the entire village was consists of more than a hundred residences and was one of the biggest in the area. However, the houses being built by woods made the situation worse.
The sweat on her face started to drop as she searched at the deeper part of the village. After roaming for a while she ran towards one of the houses.
Levy kicked the door and skipped towards the lying old woman inside.
"Wake up, Granny."
The old woman moved.
"Don't worry, Granny I'll take you out from here." She put the old woman's arm on her nape and carried her outside.
He dragged the old woman towards the spot where the fire was slightest.
However, while on their way, she immediately stopped while her eyes were shivering. "There is a child."
She hastily carried the old lady until she found one of the adventurers on her way.
"Carry her for me. I need to get someone."
The adventurer hurried toward her and carried the old lady. "I'll take her."
Without skipping a bit, Levy sprinted towards the area where she sensed the mana presence, inside one of the burning houses. She kicked the door and skipped upstairs and opened the cabinet.
She smiled as she saw the boy hugging his own inside. "Hello there. Let's go out for a walk."
She held up the boy and fled outside of the house, but what welcomed them outside was the sharp gazed of the gigantic monster soaring at the sky.
Due to its near distance, the gigantic monster stared directly at them. A powerful gust of wind blew towards them as the wings of the Wyvern waved, its powerful roar echoed around the infernal place as it was currently getting burned down.
A winged two-legged black dragon with a powerful and sharp barbed tail.
Multiple barrages of arrows and different kinds of magic projectiles launched towards the Wyvern. Fireballs, Ice spikes, and some hurling stones.
20 Class C adventurers consists of 12 mages and 8 rangers banded together to attack the sky giant, especially that they were the only ones who could hit it, but the Wyvern's jet black skin was so hard it did not even put a dent.
"Go now, Red fox, we're coming after you."
Levy nodded and was about to run with the child when the sky above them lit up. A massive fireball was slowly building on the Wyvern's mouth.
"Oh, God, please help us." One of the mages let out while shivering.
Levy's eyes widened as she saw the incoming attack.
"Mama."
Levy holds the boy tighter. "Don't worry you'll see her soon."
The Wyvern released the gigantic fireball and hurled it towards them. The fireball was so massive that to try to dodge it was impossible.
She tried to run but it was futile, the fireball was already on its way on them. Levy positioned her back towards the fireball and covered the child with her body while a pale yellow barrier emerged around her by activating her light magic.
She closed her eyes and waited for the collision. For a few seconds, she remained still, but the attack did not land. Rather, the place slowly turned darker.
The hurling gigantic fireball was nowhere to find while at the same time the fire around the village slowly fading due to the phenomenon which affecting the weather.
The other adventurers with her stood and looked at each other after confirming that they were unscathed.
Levy deactivated the barrier and the water coming from the sky instantly reached her. Her eyes widened as she looked up. "Rain?"
A certain sound of footsteps walked past her. The rain was pouring down but he was completely dry due to the raindrops could not reach him as if an invisible force preventing the rain to touch him. His snow-white hair was brimming with bright white light as he walked and looked up to the sky.
"Roshy?" Her eyes broadened while full of disbelief.
Roshan did not respond to her call, rather, he walked straight towards the enemy.
"Gailee."
[Greater Wyvern level 3 (63).]
Levy stood up while still hugging the boy. "Roshy?"
The ground around Roshan shattered and crumbled due to the extreme force he released. "Stay there."
With great force reinforced in his feet, he jumped in great speed and launched towards the Greater Wyvern up in the sky leaving a huge hole at the spot he stood on before.
The Greater wyvern saw him coming and quickly blasted a fireball towards him, but the fireball instantly disappeared in thin air before even reaching him.
And before the Greater wyvern could even react, Roshan flew through its thick neck and skilfully sliced it off using his Wind God Aeolus.
The two parts of the Greater wyvern fell from the sky and collided with the burned houses generating a loud sound, at the same time, without any sound, Roshan landed in front of Levy, the complete darkness highlighted his glowing white hair as he stood up.
The rain subsided as the stars from the sky showed again and glimpsed upon the place as the storm was no more.
Roshan's face shifted towards her. "People who think they can save everyone as long as they want to, and without expecting to get something in return. Quite endearing. Like I said earlier, I don't have any problem with your intention to save everyone. Do whatever you want, I don't care."
Roshan walked past her towards the entrance of the village.
"I owe you for helping me for these past few days, that's why I saved your life. But don't expect this to happen again." The light from his hair slowly faded as he turned his face towards her. "I have no time for your heroic antics."
With great speed, Roshan jumped away from the scene leaving Levy in great astonishment as she watched him fade into the darkness of the forest ahead.
"What just happened?"
