what might have happened?... Jacob came and said" sir that letter near her notes (slut) in Chinese " john said " hmm...it seems killer know Chinese .any other clue than this" Jacob said " sorry sir"

ONE MONTH LATER
we still couldn't find and asking to everyone about everything near the murder area but no leads....every lead meets a deep end...
so we are also trying our best find them and many case start to pile up and we started to listen to other case and slowly we reduced to investigate that case
our new case was included with political affairs so it was hard for as and we were busy thinking about saving us and digging up the truth
ANOTHER MONTH GONE
victim's parents came to know about further investigation ...they cried and make fuss about it and we are helpless at that time we had a phone call ..
