As is stated, I was born.

My parents expected a girl. It's not like they had scanned my mother or anything. They just really wanted a girl. My pre-bought clothes... were for girls. My pre-bought toys... were for girls. My name as you all know.... was for girls. So, you can imagine the disappointment in my parents' faces when they saw me. Now, any normal, loving parents would here realise that they had made a terrible mistake in disregarding the fifty percent chance of their child being a boy; and they would adjust their outlooks. However, my parents went in a different direction entirely. They somehow tricked themselves into thinking that my being a boy, was MY fault. In response, as any good parents, they chose to discipline me so that I learn not to repeat that grave mistake.
