Naturally those people also already gather the resources that they are going to trade with those moon flowers.
On the other hand, almost everyone already gets to know why the Warrior Association required those many moon flowers.
The Warrior Association did not hide anything, and everybody became excited when they got to know that they would be receiving new resources.
Naturally, they will not receive those resources directly from the Warrior Association. They need to contribute enough to get those resources.
But, they still have the chance to enjoy those resources and get to learn new techniques from those people. This is a good thing for them.
