In Nangokuren 10th Land Sports Field stood Gojo as he watched Ayane perform the basics of Renewal Taekwondo he had shown her.
"She catches on fast" Gojo thought.
But that was to be expected considering how she was able to learn one of Rintaro's techniques just from observing him in the original manga.
They had been training for a couple of hours now and it was almost dark out. Gojo would demonstrate a move to Ayane and then instruct her to do it. He would watch her carefully and correct her posture anytime she did a move incorrectly.
"My disciple that's enough for today. But I want you to continue practicing the basics like this every day understood?"
"Y.. yes master," Ayane said out of breath.
She was sweating from head to toe.
"Alright, we will meet like this after school every day and practice the basics. Let's return for now and we will be using the movement technique Bo-Bup: The way of walking. Let's go" saying that Gojo disappeared heading towards the school.
Ayane followed after him as fast as she could.
Bo-Bup also known as The Way of Walking is a movement technique of Renewal Taekwondo that allows the user to move so fast it creates the illusion of teleportation.
This was one of the techniques Gojo taught Ayane first as he felt it would be very useful to her for improving her speed.
Arriving at the school Gojo said goodbye to Ayane and went home. Reaching home he took a shower and made himself dinner. Gojo sat down and turned the tv on to catch the news while he ate.
"The Hero Almight defeated a total of one hundred Tiger class monsters" the news reporter reported.
"Just in the hero known as Terrible Tornado has defeated 200 demon class monsters" the news reporter reported in shock.
"Oh? Almight is in this world? That's surprising" pulling out his phone Gojo googled hero association as he planned to sign up for the examination.
From the results, he could see that there existed the Hero Association from one punch man with the same origin as the original. Founded by the multi-millionaire Agoni that manages all of the cities' heroes. It operates independently of the government.
Then there was The World Heroes Association from my hero. The World Heroes Association is an organization run by representatives from each country, with the responsibility of overseeing and managing heroes across the globe.
Though the Hero Association was not registered with The World Hero's Association it was allowed to be a separate entity due to the amount of good the heroes from the Hero Association have down. Plus it was supported by the citizens.
Gojo decided to sign up for the Hero Association as that was his original plan and will give him more freedom as Hero. As for his reason for wanting to become a hero. It was simply for the sake of fighting strong opponents.
"Tomorrow I will be taking the hero examination," Gojo said with a grin.
"I hope Saitama is there"
….
The next day Gojo woke up bright and earlier for the 55th Hero certification exam. He got dressed in a black t-shirt and white pants along with his glasses. This was the casual outfit of Gojo shown in Jujutsu Kaisen.
Leaving his house Gojo flew to the where the examination would be held. He landed in a remote area and walked towards the building. Which was crowded with people.
"There should be over 11,000 people taking this examination if I remember correctly" Gojo walked into the building spreading out his senses he searched for Saitama.
"There you are" Gojo easily found him.
In this whole building aside from Gojo himself, he had the strongest aura. Even though Saitama himself is rarely ever serious. How could he foul Gojo's senses?
Walking over to Saitama Gojo introduced himself.
"Yo, I'm Gojo nice to meet you"
Gojo extended his right hand out.
"Are you talking to me ?" Saitama asked curiously.
"Yes, I am. You seem quite interesting so I thought I would introduce myself"
Saitama shook his hand "Nice to meet you too. I'm Saitama a hero for fun. I mean soon to hero"
"Haha, well good luck Saitama. I'm sure you'll do great" saying that Gojo walked over and joined the line.
There were a couple of guys laughing at Saitama when he got ready for the first test.
"Don't underestimate him. He might surprise you"
"Sure he will bud," said a tall guy in red.
"First side to side jumps for thirty seconds," said the announcer.
As soon as he said those words Saitama got serious he moved so fast from side to side that he cracked the ground beneath his feet. There even appeared to be some after images.
Seeing this the guys who were laughing earlier was speechless.
"Told you so. Anyways I'm next" Gojo walked forward confidently.
