Chapter 68 - The First Generation Part 3

As the hooded figures stared at the being sitting on the flowery throne with awe, they did not notice that the flesh body that held the Demon began to crumble away. Soon the being that sat on the throne began to slowly stand up. As the being stood up, the hooded figures felt a large amount of mana surge past them. Those who could not withstand it passed out with foam coming out of their mouths while others could barely keep their footing. "What on earth did we make a contract with?" the man said as he stared at his comrades that were convulsing on the floor.

The being began to walk towards the hooded figure and every step it took made the surge of mana increase more and more. As the being got closer and closer, the hooded figures noticed that the being flesh was made out of wooden roots. The being stopped its walk once it made it close to the crack in space. The being placed its hand on the crack and its hand slowly passed through. As it passed through, the root-like hand slowly turned into that of a human. As it moved more and more of its body through the crack, its root-like body soon began to turn into that of human skin.

Once the being passed through the crack fully did the hooded figures fully see it. The being in front of them looked like a man in his twenties with long white hair flowing down his back. He had a smile that could make anyone trust him and eyes as white as snow, with a golden flower glowing in his iris. His body resembled that of a leader, it was bulky but also slim as an elegant soldier. But one noticeable thing about the being was the magical cloak that wrapped around its body. The man did not know why, but the cloak the being wore gave off the energy as if he was close to his end.

"This form is much better" the being said as it started with its white eyes at the man, "now what should I call you, mortal?"

"You may call me by my birth name, Theodore Von Ante" the man, who is Theodore, said as he bowed before the being. "I'll just call you Theo for simplicity sake" the being said as it walked past Theo and towards the line of chained people. "Now what to do with you" the being said as it stared at the chained people who stared at him with fear.

The being stood there for a second before asking, "these are pure maidens, correct?" Hearing the beings question Theo quickly answered, "yes, every man, woman, and child are as pure as snow." "That's good then" the being said before quickly jabbing both of his hands into two chained women. The two women coughed out blood before going limp. Seeing how quickly they died Theo and several of the hooded figures felt cold sweat beginning to form on their back.

[Weapon Creation]

A crack appeared between both the dead women and both of their bodies suddenly began to collapse into the crack. Their bodies crack and melt together before molding, with the crack, into a small slick dagger.

The being grabbed the dagger with its right hand and began to inspect it. The dagger was a beautiful white, with several red flower engravings on its handle and a crimson line flowing across its edge. "Perfect" the being said before slashing into the air. As the blade slashed through the air, it left a ominous red line behind, lingering in the air. When he finished his slash only a red straight line could be seen floating in the air.

"Open" the being said and, as if responding to his command, the red line began to split apart. As it split apart an image of creatures made of roots appeared in between the lines. "Order, take these people into our dimension and transport them into the other half of my kingdom to live as civilians" the being said and a creature made out of roots slowly passed through the gate.

Its body was made out of roots, it had a serpentine-like tail acting as its leg, and four wings made out of petals. "It shall be done, original one," Order said before everyone wearing chains suddenly disappeared. Seeing this act the hooded people felt their heart skip a beat. "Is that all original one?" Order said.

"Yes, that is all. You may return to our garden" the being said and, obeying the commands of the being, Order returned back through the portal. As Order fully passed through the portal, the portal quickly closed up behind him and the space it occupied returned back to normal.

"So Theo" the being turned around and walked towards Theo before placing its hand on Theo's shoulder before opening its mouth, "when are we going to show the world that the Demonic Cult is still alive?"

Hearing this Theo smiled "in a weeks time, once all our members are ready and all our equipment is ready." The being showed a bit of amusement before handing the dagger towards Theo. "Good, once you are prepared slash that dagger into the air and say "open." Once the portal opens say these words exactly as they are, "one who blooms on the blood of war, one who devours the souls of those who dare raise their wrath towards you, one who sits in the round table of the eight sins. He who can not die and he who is forever bored, we summon you to partake in this battle of past and future and aid us in a battle that none shall forget." Once you say those words will I appear through the portal and summon my army to aid you in the attack."

Hearing the words of the being Theo gently grabbed the white lucent dagger from the being. As he grabbed the dagger, Theo was suddenly hit by a feeling of danger that resonated from within the dagger. One second his vision was filled with souls screaming and begging for freedom and the next returned to that of the dagger. Theo gulped before putting the dagger into his cloak.

Seeing Theo putting the dagger into his coat, the being nodded a bit before walking towards the crack that led towards the root and flower covered throne. As it walked into the crack and headed towards the throne, the crack closed behind it and space returned back to normal.

Theo breathed out before falling onto his knees. "Commander" one of the hooded people said before rushing towards Theo who was breathing heavily. "I'm alright, just suffering the after effects of summoning a Sin" Theo said as he put his hand up to stop the hooded figure.

"A Sin? Wasn't that a Demon Lord" a hooded figure said as they stared at Theo who was now standing up. "Demon's are all sorts of things selfish, greedy, arrogant, and cunning" Theo said as he coughed out blood and stared at the bits of blood that was caught in his hand, "but they are not dumb enough to impersonate a member of the Seven Sins, especially saying that there are now eight sins."

Theo then walked towards the door that led out of the room that they did the ritual in. "Commander, where are you going?" a hooded figure said as they all followed behind him. "I'm going to report this to the Cult Leader and let him know that we have enough demons to wage our war" Theo said as pulled out a crazy smile.

"A war, this will be fun," Red said as he stared at the eye-covered sky, "I should make sure the army is able to wipe out those who get in our way." Red soon stood up and walked towards the edge of his throne room. He overlooked the rows upon rows of root creatures that lined up behind one another. There were Deltas, Alphas, Goliaths, Root Hydras, Dimension Guardians, and two other root creatures that Red had made.

One was called the Root Soldier. They were Root creatures that had a humanoid body and had one arm as a spear and the other as a regular human hand. On their blade hand were several flowers inside of it that would shoot out petals that would turn as it blade. They also had holes at the tips of their humanoid fingers that contained small flowers. They also had root-like spikes on top of their head that resembled that of a thorny crown. Their skills were [Soul Eyes, Specter Hand, Reaping, Demonic Roots, Roots of Decay, Mana Absorption, Root Duplication, Demonic Petals, Digestion, and Decay Beam]

The other was called Root Fortress. It resembled the shape of a buck that you would see in the forest with other groups of deer. It was as tall as half or one third of a mountain and acted as a mobile fortress that could create root creatures. Its face was a circular flat with the exception of a round hole that acted as an eye that was in the middle of its head. Inside of the hole was an entire garden of flowers blooming. On its side it had holes that allowed a human size object to walk through. Inside of it was a ball covered by hundreds of flowers that acted as the core of the creature as well as the manufacturer of the root creature and weapons that would be created from it. I had created this creature out of inspiration for Purple's final evolution which acted as a factory for his golems. I was able to create this being once I had my [Root Creature] skill reach max level and used the power of the throne to make about ten of these creatures. I could have made more, but just making one of these took about an hour or two. Its skills are [Mana Absorption, Digestions, Weapon Creation, Root Creature, Demonic Root, Decay Beam, Heavenly Pollen, Flower Dimension, Soul Eye, Skill Share]

Although the Root army I had created was magnificent, it still looked as though there was a problem with it. "Ah, I figured out the problem with it. I don't have enough root creatures" I said as I walked back to my throne and sat down.

[Warning! Host is intaking a critical amount of mana]

"Not for long" I said as I used [Root Creature] and began to make an army that I deemed would be enough to wipe out anyone who got in my way. As I created the root creatures, I checked back onto the group of people who were inside the "white" room. I could see that everyone was training and practicing. I also could see that the mages that the Nappers had brought here, realized that they couldn't tap into their mana.

So they did the training that I had told Order to give them. I could see several of them panting heavily and their faces pale. While I looked around the white room, I could see several people that were vigorously training.

I soon turn my vision towards the other half of my kingdom. When I looked at the other half I could see several people wearing raggy clothing exploring the land. They had found the several trees, bushes, and lakes I had the Administrators bring back. They also found several wild animals that they could domesticate and breed. "My kingdom is expanding" I said as I grinned at the several wooden tents that were already being set up, even though they had not been here for long.

"Hold on, what is the time dilation here compared to the human realm" I said as I realized that they might have actually been here for much longer than I thought. I had never before questioned the time dilation here since I was the only living being, other than the root creatures, that actually lived here. "System, what is the time dilation here compared to the human realm?" I said as I leaned back on my throne.

[The time dilatation in Host's dimension is one week, while the human realm it is equal to a hour]

"That long" I said as I stared at the group of humans that lived inside the wooden tents, "so they actually have been in here for days." I stared back at the expanding root army and transferred my bind to another body I had in the Demon Realm.
