There was a sense of craziness in the night air as the stage lights pulsed random rainbow colors and the crowd roared for the band. Backstage, sat Hunter De Vil and his band: The Big Dawgs. They came in different agas: 14, 18 and 8. Jak Ingram, the 18 year old bassist was ready to rock, Seth "Big Boy" Slugin was to and then there was Mike Steinback Jr, the 8 year old lead guitarist. He had his friends with him: the 101 Dalmatian Street characters. Hunter, 13, took a sip of Sprite and set it on the table. "Ok boys," He bagan. "This is a nighttime gig, so be alert of the crazy teens harrasing ladies and throwing crap everywhere. We don't want this to end up like Yuba City." Everyone nodded. Yuba City was a hellfest! They rocked out and got LOTS of fans, but the crowd threw so much grass chunks at them and it caked the stage and the security. One chunk even hit Mike in the middle of a song! Mike strummed "Blue", a guitar that used to belong to Bille Joe Armstrong of Green Day. It was his signature guitar to! The one he used to play songs off Smoothed Out Slappy Hours, Kerplunk, Dookie, Insomniac and Nimrod. "Is this gonna be televised like "As Good As It Gets!"" Asked Mike. "Yes, but by the school's broadcasting team and MTV only. NBC won't be broadcasting it." Mike thumbed him up. "WOW! It's so dark, I can't even see the crowd!" DJ said, peering out the curtains. "OK guys! You ready? Setlist has been agreed on? Ok, let's go and shake the stadium down!"

"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PLEASE WELCOME AN ACT THAT IS SWEEPING THE USA AND BRITAIN OFF IT'S FEET: HUNTER AND THE BIG DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWGS!" The stadium announcer boomed. The guys came out and took their places on the stage. It was a roofed one with stagelights on the roof and on the edge of the stage. The backboard had the bands logo where Seth was seated at his drumkit. The stagelights pulsed fastly. Deepak, the Zen puppy had on a pair of earphones due to the loudness of the stage. Mike noticed this and took them off. He chucked them at the crwd, making them cheer. "WHAT'S UP YOU STUPID LITTLE DUMB TEENAGERS?!" Hunter yelled into his mic. The teens yelled and screamed. "AW YEAH! LET'S SHAKE THIS HOUSE!" Mike plugged Blue into the amp and came back, but noticed a fimiliar face in the crowd. "HEY!" He said. "It's Michael Shaw III! YO!" Mike said. Michael noticed him. "Eyyo Mike!" Dimitri 2 said as he came to the stage. "What's good my man?!" He dabbed him up. "Nothin' much Dimitri. Just livin life I guess." Da Vinci the painter pup saw Michael and greeted him him multipe licks. "Oh Da Vinci! It's so good to see you again!" You to Michael!" mike ushered DV off the stage with Michael and let her hang with him the whole concert. "GO!" Hunter yelled. They were playing "2000 Light Years Away" from the album "Kerplunk!". They were a Green Day cover band, doing their songs with Green Day's permission and for the finale, a Pink Floyd song. Mike had vocals for this song.

Mike: "I sit alone in my bedroom, staring at the walls. I've been up all damn night long! My pulse is speedin'! My love is yearnin'! I hold my breath and close my eyes and... dream about her. Cuz she's 2000 light years away! She holds my melachite so tight, so... never let go! Cuz she's 2000 light years away! YEARS AWAY!" (At least his guitar wasen't turned off by a stupid cameraman like at Yuba City)

Mike: "I sit outside and watch the sunrise, look out as far as I can. I can't see her, but in the distance, I hear some laughter, we laugh together! I hold my breath and close my eyes and... dream about her. Cuz she's 2000 light years away! She holds my melachite so tight, so... never let go! Cuz she's 2000 light years away! YEARS AWAY!" (He looked like he was having fun.) (Dante jumped off an amp) "KLAAAAAAA!!!" Mike roared. Jake then palyed on his own. Mike went to Dante, picked him up and showed him to the crowd. They cheered. Off mic, he yelled: "YOUR ON TV DANTE!! SAY HI TO THE WORLD!" Dante waves at the camera and then backflipped off of Mike and onto an amp and then he jumped off that back onto the stage. Dimitri sprayed the crowd with water, while making faces.

Mike: "I sit alone in my bedroom, staring at the walls. I've been up all damn night long!" (Hunter and Seth resumed) "My pulse is speedin'! My love is yearnin'! (After 9 seconds of blessed guitar) (w/ Hunter and Jake): "YEARS AWAY - YEAH!" ("FLAAAAAA!!" Went Mike) (And then they jammed out and waited until there were insturment wails, and then strummed the final chord, ending the song.) (Hunter, like the cartoon character he is, jumped up and landed back on his feet.) The crowd roared.

Mike: "YEAH! Hey, this is being televised, so you're all being watched by Big Brother's sons and daughters. Don't do anything stupid or dumb, cause we can see it thanks to the stagelights. Your little stadium lights may be getting repaired, bu we can still see ya!"
