"Looks like you woke up," Cesar came with Akina.
"Yes, where's Ryota? Wasn't he with you?"
"He's a little jealous so he's out there trying to catch up with you," Cesar gestured to Ryota.
"Hehehehe, this is Ryota." Kotaro laughed.
"Akina, you can go to practice now, I'll talk to Kotaro for a bit."
Cesar turned serious.
"Okay, bye." Akina left and started her meditation practice again with Ryota.
Cesar began to speak, "Do you know that you are the first person in the world who can absorb mana on the first try."
"So that means I'm a genius," Kotaro sneered, laughing.
"Yes, and dangerous too, but that's what it should be like to stand against the Yamikara," Cesar said.
"No need to say that, I will definitely kill those bastards." Kotaro clenched his fist angrily.
"And now that you know what it feels like to absorb mana, you should not forget this feeling and get used to it, so sit now and try to absorb mana again, and after you succeed, try it in different positions until you are able to do it like moving your fingers".
"I will," Kotaro wanted and began to meditate.
Two weeks later, something happened that astonished Cesar again.
"Congratulations you guys, you did it too." Kotaro was congratulating Akina and Ryota for their mana absorption success.
Cesar did not know what to say and kept staring in silence.
"You see, old man, we succeeded too." Ryota was overjoyed and took the opportunity to taunt Cesar.
"How does this happen, before it took me two years to succeed?" Cesar muttered inwardly: "And I who considered myself talented, compared to these two I am nobody, not to mention that monster Kotaro."
"Okay, boys, postpone your celebration later and listen to me." Cesar called out to the three: "Since you have been able to absorb mana, now using magic will not be difficult, but first you must know the nature of the magic of each one of you."
"And what is the nature of magic?" Akina asked.
"The nature of magic is either from the five basic elements: fire, water, lightning, wind, earth, or from other branched elements such as ice, mud or others, It is usually a fusion mutation between two or more basic elements, and there are also the three sacred elements: darkness, light, gravity.
"Is the nature of your magic light, Uncle?" Kotaro guessed.
"Yeah, you're a good observer."
"And how do we know the nature of our magic?" Ryota asked.
"Take this, with it we will know." After completing the explanation, Cesar gave each of the three a small yellow paper the size of a palm: "This is not just an ordinary paper as it seems, it is used to determine the nature of magic."
"And how is that?" Akina asked.
"Each of you put a few drops of your own blood on the paper and then wait a minute for the paper to absorb all the blood," Cesar explained.
After doing what Cesar said and a minute passed, each of the three noticed changes on his paper.
First it was the Akina paper, which turned from yellow to white, and then the Ryota paper, which had inscriptions in a strange language, as for Kotaro's paper, it was burning with going up and down every time.
Seeing what happened to each paper, Cesar knew the nature of the magic of each of the three: "The nature of the magic of each of you is as follows, your paper turns white, Akina, proof that you have the magic of healing whiteness, the writings on your paper, Ryota, show your possession of the magic of informational archives, and for Kotaro, you have surprised me again."
"Why, is there something wrong with my paper?"
"No, the burning of your paper indicates that the nature of your magic is fire and its continuation of rising and descending is a sign of the magic of gravity, but it is impossible for a person to possess two different types of magic," said Cesar, astonished.
"Why?" Ryota who was next to Cesar asked.
"Because you can't control two different magics at the same time, it's like looking up and down at the same time or drawing a circle with one hand and a square with the other hand," Cesar explained.
"But uncle, if Kotaro is the only one with two different magics, then that means he's the only one who can control two different magics," Akina smiled.
"It is not that simple, but perhaps you are right." Cesar sighed: "Forget it, since you are aware of the nature of your magic, then my mission as your coach is over. From now on it is in your hands, you must refine and develop your magic on your own, if any of you had the same nature as mine, I could benefit him, but since each of you has different magic, I can't help."
"Don't worry uncle, we'll take care of it," Kotaro smiled confidently.
"You're leavingus?" Akina frowned.
"No, I will not leave, the two years are not over yet."
"I'll stay here and watch you if anything goes wrong or Ryota wants to slack off training." Cesar turned around and let the three of them sit from afar, observing them.
"Akina, Ryota, let's get stronger together." After saying that, Kotaro and his two buddies started practicing again.
After about 18 months
Within the Forest of Beasts, far from the center, a secret conversation was taking place between two people.
"Hello, it has been a long time, Dragon King." Cesar saluted.
"Shut up, don't think that I will forgive you after you killed my followers earlier," the huge shadow that was in front of Cesar cried out whose eyes were filled with anger and killing intent.
"I had no other choice, it was these monsters who wanted to meet their death by standing in my way," Cesar showed his angry face as well.
"Stop making excuses and tell me why you came, then get off before I rip your head off," the huge beast threatened.
"Your mood is always fickle, this look really suits you," Cesar sneered. The beast was a four-legged dragon, with gray skin harder than iron and longer wings. On the forehead of his head were two ivory horns, and beneath them his sharp eyes showed an aura of killing and destruction, this was the Dragon King, the king and master of the Forest of Beasts.
