Eliza was startled by Arslan's way of speaking. She turned around to look at him and noticed his fierce gaze pointing at Troy. He shined with rising confidence and, instead of fearing Troy, he was openly facing him, 'How much did he change in just a month?' She thought while observing his grown muscles and his newfound semblance of maturity.
Then, she focused on what he said,
"So... you decided to break the pact we made, am I wrong Troy?" She said as she looked back at Troy while placing her hands on her hips and looking at him with a scornful glare.
Troy felt cornered, as his plan not only failed but Eliza's return put him in an even more difficult position, 'Sh*t, did she have to come back exactly today?' He thought as he made some steps back, instinctively trying to escape.
