"What do you mean?" Elder Song was confused, 'Does he want to say that I should know it?'
"I see, I see... Cultivating in seclusion for more than 20 years was detrimental for you in terms of knowledge of the past years... If I'm not wrong you came back to the Academy just 2 years ago."
"What do you want to say with this? What is it that I should know?"
"You never cared about worldly news and this is the price you are paying..." Elder Oak said with a grin on his face.
"Elder Oak don't you dare to push me around!" Elder Song raised his voice as he lost patience. He began exerting his pressure against Elder Oak, who wasn't prepared and got suddenly pushed on his knees.
"Hehe, you have always been so short-tempered Elder Song... you may be stronger than me but you are easy to read and manipulate." Elder Oak said as he tried to stand up but failed to do so.
"Elder Oak, I don't like to waste time with useless minced words. Let's make this short. Tell me what I need to know!" His gaze was so fierce that made Elder Oak tremble for a moment as he raised his head and looked at Elder Song, who was standing in front of him. But it was far from enough to faze Elder Oak.
"If you want to know it so badly... Ever heard of the Crimsons' downfall?"
'Crimsons' downfall? Is he saying this has something to do with his parents' death?' Elder Song wondered as he retracted his aura.
Elder Oak was finally able to stand up properly.
"Thanks, Elder Oak. That's all I wanted from you. You may go." Elder Song said as he turned around and headed to the threshold.
"Elder Song, I advise you not to poke your nose too much!" Elder Oak said aloud to him.
Elder Song didn't even bother to answer and just exited from the Library, 'I am the one to decide how much to poke my nose." He thought as his facial expression got gloomy.

As darkness filled the sky, with only the stars and a full white moon enlightening the Academy, Troy ended his session of cultivation inside the cultivation room for him reserved and headed to his dwelling. Compared to Arslan's one, his one was of another level... it was a huge white stone-made building, that seemed more of a house than a simple room, with a portico sustained by golden-made columns right before the door. In front of it, there was a little private garden encircled by a 1 meter high thin stoned wall.
"F*CK THAT ELDER SONG!!" Troy flipped out as soon as he closed the door. He kept it inside him all day long, but couldn't keep it anymore.
"Family background doesn't count?? Who does he think he is?!?" He said as punched hard the wooden chair with his left hand.
"If it weren't for the Great families, that f*cking Academy wouldn't even exist!!!!"
"F*ck,f*ck, f*ck, F*CKKKK!!!"
"Pant, pant... what the hell was that thing Arslan was using when he interrupted us?"
"How did his eyes turn black like that?!"
"Where does his power come from?!?!"
"How is it possible that when I looked into his eyes at that moment... I felt as if I was drowning into an abyss of darkness?!"
"How...?
"How could he make me tremble like that? ME!! The first in the ranking!!"
"HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A BLOODLINE!!!!!!!" He threw what remained of the chair against the wall in front of him.
"I will make him pay for hiding this from me!" Troy said with bloody eyes as he couldn't refrain from his anger. He couldn't accept being mocked by Arslan,
"If after my brother, even Arslan... No! It will never happen! I will crush him before that happens!!" He said as he tried to calm down himself.
That night would have been a long one for Troy, whose biggest fears began to arise.

As the first lights of the morning entered Arslan's dwelling from the broken window, Wednesday came,
"Ughh, my body hurts everywhere... I can't get used to this hard bed." He said as he yawned while keeping himself sitting with his left hand leaning on the bed, holding him up.
He stood up and washed his face with the water contained in the bucket he went to refill every day at the water well placed some meters from his dwelling,
"Ok, I'm ready for another day of training!" He said, confident, with his arms pointed to the sky as he opened the door,
'I can feel my strength increasing daily. The Qi refining pace of this cultivation method is truly unbelievable,' He thought as he looked at his left clenched fist,
'But first, I should go to clean the floor outside the Library... Yesterday, thanks to Troy, I wasn't able to do so.' Arslan thought as he let his arms fall.
Then, he started heading towards the Library. It was quite far from where he lived, so he had to walk for at least 10 minutes to get there. This allowed him to appease his mind with the sounds of nature. As he closed his eyes, he could focus on what he could hear... the birds were singing in the sky, while the flapping of their wings made the wind move and reach Arslan's ears.
A few meters ahead, two other disciples were walking in his opposite direction,
"Look, isn't he Arslan?" One of them whispered to the other.
"Yeah, it's him! Is it true that yesterday he not only challenged Troy but angered Jacob too?" The other one asked back, paying attention that Arslan couldn't hear them.
"I told you, I was there from the beginning! His punch against Troy was unbelievable! I think he is no more just a Human level cultivator."
"We can't know that, since we are not Mystic level cultivators yet. Maybe he didn't report it to the Reception Hall yet."
At that moment, Arslan, who was still walking, half-opened his eyes and glanced at the two of them.
"Sh*t, he is looking at us, let's go away. If he were stronger than us, we would be in trouble." The two disciples walked faster away from Arslan after crossing his path.
'Damn, I showed off too much in these days... I should lay low for a while now. What was I thinking yesterday? Only because Troy named my sister, I lost control of myself... I must be more careful from now on.' Arslan thought as he looked at them with the corner of his left eye.
