Small electric vehicles like e-bike and scooters were mostly seen in the city where people used them for the small distance commute.
Leon wanted to get to his apartment as soon as possible. The fastest way was to take a cab. However, Leon knew the quickest way— that was, his superpowers.
Leon was still learning more about his superpowers, and he only used them when he was in need because it always puts a strain on his body. Leon had high pain tolerance, so he couldn't feel any pain, but his body was still strained. If he forced himself, then it could lead to severe damage.
