"Babe!" Cara was still hugging Bella when she heard Gabriel call her from behind. Looking at Gabriel's calm but restless face, a thought suddenly popped in Bella's head and she whispered something in Cara's ear. A twinkle flashed in Bella's eyes as Cara pulled away and she looked at her with a blank face.
Gabriel pulled Cara away from Bella but frowned when he saw Cara looking at him with empty eyes. He was about to speak but someone beat to him first.
" Please tell Gabriel not to leave me, Cara! Would you believe me if I tell you that..." Bella paused , she looked at Gabriel with a smirk, "that he asked me to... *sob* *sob*. She continued to act as a pitiful lover whereas Cara was dying inside with laughter. It took all her restraint to maintain that poker face while she was literally laughing her ass off inside, looking at Gabriel's astounded face.
"Don't cry! It's not good for your baby. You can take Gabriel, After all, I can't separate a child from its father..." Cara said suddenly, shocking everyone to the core, well, except for Bella and Sirena who were literally cringing inside.
Gabriel was speechless, utterly confused. These women! Just what in the world were they doing? He then stared deeply into Cara's eyes, trying to see if she was just joking around. But, she looked extremely serious. And for some reason, Gabriel suddenly felt his heartbeat accelerate, he then grabbed Cara's elbows and gritted his teeth saying, " What did you just say? Huh?" he then turned to Bella and glared at her, " You! Bella! Are you done playing around?"
"Who's playing around? Don't you remember that night? In that club? You were drunk and you thought me as Cara and kissed me that night." Bella wanted to continue lying but Cara suddenly stiffened, she then turned and gripped her hand, shaking her head. Bella frowned trying to ask what happened but her body stiffened when she heard a voice from behind.
"Who kissed you?" Bella heard Dylan's sullen voice and tuned around. She found him glaring at her and she laughed nervously. When did he come back and why didn't I sense him. Bella gulped looking at his reddened eyes.
"We were just joking around." Cara said trying to calm the atmosphere when she heard another sullen voice, this time she knew that its from her boyfriend.
"Can we leave if you guys are done playing?" Gabriel gritted his teeth and he immediately dragged Cara away from there. This woman! She needs some good discipline or she will really soar to sky. Gabriel thought and left along with Cara.
Dylan also dragged Bella away and now only Sirena, Sedna, Vulcan and Roose were the only ones left.
" Who are they ?" Sedna asked Vulcan as she looked at Sirena and Roose. They felt familiar but Sedna couldn't figure out where she had seen them. Vulcan saw her squinting her eyes at the other two as if she was some detective on mission and smiled softly watching her antics. This woman! She never fails to amuse him. He thought, bending slightly, he whispered in her ear, " They are the priest and the woman you saw this morning." He saw her confused yet curiosity filled eyes and continued, "They were in a disguise this morning. This is their real faces."
" We haven't introduced ourselves. I am Sirena and this is Roose." Sirena said and Roose smiled at Sedna. It was a light bulb moment for Sedna before her eyes widened at realization.
"You...You... Aruba mystics?" Sedna asked as she held Roose's hand excitedly. Roose smiled at her and nodded, "That was also a disguise" Roose said and Sedna hugged him excitedly, ignorant of the gray clouds forming over someone's head.
Roose smirked at Vulcan before hugging her back. He looked at Vulcan and raised a brow provoking the latter when Sedna stepped away as if she remembered something.
"Oh no! I asked someone to meet me there. Is that Aruba mystics real or..." Sedna asked as she looked at Roose with a frown.
"Don't worry. That store is real. I will inform you if someone comes there for you." Roose patted her head and Sedna smiled at him with gratitude.
"May I know, who that person is?" Sirena asked making Sedna turn towards her.
" Its some one from Assyria." Sedna leaned on Sirena and whispered in latter's ear. Sirena's eyes tightened as soon as she heard Sedna's words but when she looked at the latter's face, she didn't find anything abnormal.
Sirena watched Sedna walk away with Vulcan and narrowed her eyes at their back.
"What are you thinking?" Sirena heard Roose ask her and turned to him with a frown. She looked at him and said ,"Just now, Sedna mentioned a name which was long forgotten by everyone."
"What's that?"
"Assyria" Sirena said and saw Roose's eyes widen at the mention of that long lost name.
"How...?" Roose whispered and looked at Sirena with disbelief.
Sirena turned around, looking at Sedna's disappearing back, " I guess Sedna visited your kingdom when Layla took her. That scheming bitch! She diverted all my attention towards herself and kept me away from Sedna. It was all her plan from the beginning. Shit!" Sirena cursed and clenched her fist. She should have been careful but that Layla, that brat fooled her.
"So, what now? Even if she visited that place..." Roose trailed off.
Sirena looked at Sedna's back and whispered, " One should not remember the things they did as a spirit, but, if Sedna managed to remember the things happened in her spirit form it means... The awakening of her soul has begun" Sirena said and at a distance away from the two Sedna's eyes flashed dark blue for a second and she smirked as if she heard Sirena's words.
