In the country of Luegacia, To the south of the capital there lied a village called Kazark. It was so small enough to not appear in the country's map. Undeveloped roads, small houses... quite a common for a small village.
We lived a happy life there playing and running around. The people there were living in peace.
"Wow ! You can jump even from such higher place." my friend said to me as I was about to jump in the river from a higher location than one ever did.

I just wanted to run with her and escape this place... She was... but I didn't realize at that time that she was broken. I carried her in my back and started to run.
The whole place was burning to the dust. As I was running from the soldiers. I stated to Teat "Don't worry... Teat, After we escape we place we'll live in a place alone together... Only you and me!"
I told her my selfish of thinking. She had stopped crying in a few seconds. She said "Really?"
I replied "yeah... Just you and me!"
"Running away huh? I can't let you do that!" A voice came from behind. My body was in total crumble... Before I could even look back I was kicked. I was thrown to ground and Teat was also lying right next to me.
I was in intense anger... I looked back at him and finally saw his face. He was wearing white Imperial soldier's dress yet his face didn't resembled the Imperial soldier, it was more like of a Bandit.
"Huh? What's with that look?" He spoke. I did have anger but still he consumed me by fear. "I know!" just saying that he attacked me at a normal speed. His sword looked really sharp and totally ready to kill me. I closed my eyes out of the fear. The sound of the Slash came as I opened my eyes.
My world had turn white for a second. The one who had been slashed was Teat not me. She probably had protected me. Just a second later the Imperial soldier's body was also wounded in the same pattern. The soldier died instant death.
Yet Teat fell next to me, I catched her and started to cry. I didn't have anything else to think at that time. She crawled up her hand and put it on my cheek and said "Don't cry... Kataraise... You are a strong boy aren't you?..."
I just kept apologizing for what had happened. She continued "When you said you'd leave with me I was Happy... I always wanted to protect you and today I finally succeeded... I... truly... really do love you"
