In the seaport city of Santa Christa. Two young males in their early twenties sat in a Tavern, listening to the locals tell stories.
"See, amigos, when the senorita Salina smacked the General for touching her sister, the soldiers caught her before she could react. Before grabbing her sister and dragging her into the streets, they flung her aside. As he dragged the unfortunate little girl by the scruff of her shirt, the Spanish General showed no mercy."
When they heard that section of the narrative, the folks had a gloomy expression on their faces. Before resuming the narrative, the man who had been telling it halted to get a cup of wine.
"As her sister was being carried across the street, the senorita pursued her. But every time she went too close, the troops barred her path and forced her to back up. When the troops observed the senorita's despair and desperation on her face, they all cracked up."
"F*** them militarily!" Said a pub customer seated across from the two young men. The two young guys could tell by his foul statements that the residents of this city disliked the soldiers and the commander.
The man who had been delivering the story came to a halt and stared at the fellow before saying, "Man, keep your opinions to yourself! Wayne is attempting to be arrested."
He instantly resumed delivering the narrative after speaking with that individual. " The earth through which they had carried the tiny child was not soft sand. It contained several tiny, sharp pebbles that had injured the young child, and there was blood all over the ground. When she saw her sister's blood on the ground, the Senorita's face grew dead as she watched the men pull her till they arrived at a carriage.," The general gave Senorita one look before hurling her sister into a carriage and galloping away.
When the patrons seated next to the two young men question, "Are you sure that's what actually happened and you're not just making things up?"
The Storyteller glanced at him before taking a sip of wine and replying meekly, "On my mother's life, that's what occurred, and I witnessed it with my own two eyes!"
Everyone who had been listening to the narrative felt either anguish or disbelief that a general would do such a thing to a tiny kid.
"For the past two days, the senorita Salina has been pleading with the gang leader Pedro to free her daughter from the terrible General, but he has yet to respond, It's only a matter of hours before the great sir Pedro saves a little girl and shows that evil General why not to mess People of Santa Christa," The two young guys could feel the Storyteller's reverence for the gang leader Pedro when he spoke about him.
One of the young men spoke out to the Storyteller out of curiosity " Excuse me, we're foreigners you please tell us who Sir Pedro is?"
"Excuse me, we're foreigners, could you kindly explain to us who Sir Pedro is?" One of the young men inquired of the Storyteller.
The Storyteller returned their gaze and added, "I could tell you guys were foreigners from a mile away because of your friend's blond hair over there."
The young guy who asks the questions blushes and scratches the back of his head before simply answering, "I'm extremely interested in this sir Pedro, could you please tell us about him?"
The storyteller simply informed the young guy. "Buy one more refill for all of us and I'll tell you who sir Pedro is," Before his face became pale, the young man looked down at his pouch, which contained a few pesos. The young man was well aware that he did not have enough pesos to pay for another refill.
Before a man could argue he didn't have enough money for the refill, his companion interjected. "Everyone's next refill on me, now give me the tale," Every patron in the pub cheered before lifting their glasses to take a huge swig of wine. They were all drunkards who lived solely for the sake of drinking and listening to stories, so of course, they would applaud for another refill.
The storyteller turned around to look at the bartender before shouting " You heard the young man over there not hurry and feel these damn cups I'm trying to get drunk tonight!" The young man who asked about Pedro told the Storyteller " It's still the middle of the afternoon. you know that right sir!"
You could tell the storyteller got embarrassed after hearing the young man's words because he had scratched the back of his head. Seeing his reaction, everyone in the bar laughed and cheered one more time for his embarrassment.
"Aham aha!" The storyteller took it too lightly before changing the subject and talking about Pedro. " He's the leader of the crystal gang. He's pretty famous because he's the only man in the entire Mexico who had survived an encounter with Willy Wipeout,"
After hearing the name of Willie wipe out everyone in the tavern had a face filled with fear, knowing how dangerous that man was. "No way you must lying because everyone who encountered that monster is dead or in a hospital know that Willy Wipeout has wiped out an entire town for getting dust accidentally on his sombrero,"
Cold sweat was running down everyone's spine as they heard of Willie Wipeout's deeds. The Storyteller was shivering, and it had taken him a few seconds to get his cool before answering the young man " You want to talk about Willie Wipeout or Pedro because they're both on the same level if you just let me continue the story," Hearing those words from the Storyteller, the young man quieted down on his seat. " Sir Pedro was one of the hoofs in the notorious El Toro gang,"
"wow!" The young man gasp.
" Yeah, he was a member until about 4 years ago. He had been with the Tory gang for about seven years and he had moved on and created his own game to rule the East Coast. However, the other gang members weren't in line with his actions so they had put a hit out on him to which Willy Wipeout had agreed to take it. Alas, Willy Wipeout was a true Hunter and could Corner Pedro however before he could kill Pedro Pedro had injured and taken out his eye,"
"You're a right man if sir Pedro could injure Willie Wipeout then this General should not be that much of a trouble for him," the young man said with a voice filled with awe and respect.
After a few minutes had passed in, the people were having a small conversation. A scruffy bearded man with a Golden Chain and a golden bracelet walked in as a beautiful young lady rushed after him.
"Speak of the devil, we were just speaking about him. Right there you two young men you see that guy over there that's sir Pedro you should treat him with respect and if you want to live well in this town,"
The two young men looked to where the Storyteller was pointing at and could see that the beautiful lady was crying and pleading to that man. The young woman's face was Hagrid's from all the crying and dust; however, the two young men could not help but appreciate her beauty. It was a pitiful sight to see a young, beautiful woman plead and kneel to an ugly short guy and it was quite an inducing experience for the two young men.
After paying out their large tab, the two young men stood up and we're ready to head out however, they couldn't help but hear the young Miss continue pleading " Please! sir Pedro saves my sister. She is the only one I have left of my family. I will do anything!" Set the young woman with a face filled with snot and tears.
" Okay. Okay. I will your sister for hand in married for my cousin Benito," Reply to Sir Pedro with an extremely menacing smile on his face. Seeing her only chance at getting back her little sister, the young lady climbed on the rope and was not willing to hold back, so she agreed to that horrible condition.
The two young men were at the doorstep of the pub, but the one who had paid for the refill couldn't help but turn back to the Storyteller as he asked " Do you know where the general lives,"
At first, the Storyteller was a bit confused about why they needed to know. However, he would lose nothing if he answered, so he replied with " south end of the town,"
"thank you, here take this" Set the blond man as he threw over a pouch filled with pesos, by the sound of it to the Storyteller.
