Upon arriving on the land hidden in the waves while on the to complete the mission after walking for a long while, Kakashi would look at Kansatsu and say, "ok Kansatsu would you mind explaining yourself as well?"
Kansatsu would freeze after hearing Kakashi's question as he would say, "Kakashi sensei way I know what you are talking about because that just came out of the blue?" Kakashi let out a sigh as everyone else was confused on what was going on because the question came out of nowhere and was targeting Kansatsu who was mostly quiet so far.
Naruto would interject, "Kakashi sensei what's going on here is there something wrong with Kansatsu?" Sakura and Sasuke were also in the same boat with Naruto but they did not say a single word as to avoid seeming like they were on the same skill level as Naruto. The bridge builder was also confused by this development, he would not involve himself in the affairs of the team, so he would continue walking like nothing was going on and keep to himself.
Kakashi would look at Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and would say, "well Kansatsu was on alert ever since we left the village but he stated to relax when he noticed those ninja who were hiding." Kansatsu with a surprised look on his face would suddenly stop walking as he didn't notice that Kakashi was analyzing him while they were walking.
Kansatsu looked Kakashi and looked ahead saying, " well Kakashi sensei I was a bit nervous about the mission so when I sensed them, I realized that I couldn't take them in a fight I calmed down because I assumed that things were going to be easier from now on."
Kakashi would stop walking as well, he then would turn his gaze back to Kansatsu saying, "well don't take this as me putting down your sensory skills but why would you lie at such a crucial point in the mission as any advantage would be useful here, " Kakashi would wait a second before continuing, " well you could have gotten be if I asked you a few moments ago because you just tensed up again but this time like a monster was coming."
"Ok you got me backed into a corner I'll explain everything." Kansatsu said with a sigh while Naruto and Sakura looked at him prepared to jump him in the off chance he was a enemy as well while Sasuke looked annoyed by the situation.
"So Kansatsu would you mind taking a step back as the worse case scenario is that you are working for the enemy as well." Sakura said clenching a kunai tightly and Sasuke would stop her and say, "wait Sakura this is Kansatsu here he is a Uchiha who was lost in the woods for close to a year and was found unconscious, fell into a coma for more than a year and that happened when he was about 5 years old."
while all of this happened Naruto sensed something and thew his kunai at it which was later revealed to be a white snow rabbit which relived a bit of the tension but seemed a bit off to Kakashi in which everyone else would ignore as just regular Naruto shenanigans while Sasuke would add, "see that, Kansatsu is the Uchiha equivalent to Naruto with how he was and he was a horrible actor so espionage from him would be impossible."
"Hey stop making estimations on my intentions as I'm still here!" Kansatsu yelled stopping the conversation, he would then say, " look I foresaw that attack which is why I was tense and now I just saw a even stronger person coming for us." Immediately after saying those words Kakashi would yell out, " everyone duck!" A sword would fly through the air nearly killing everyone.
the sword would then wedge itself into a tree and a mysterious figure would use the sword as a platform to stand on. Kansatsu stood the remaining that this fight is one that was bearly won with the only reasons being Zabuza underestimating them and Kakashi's mind games.
With all of that Kansatsu knew that shit has just hit the fan as even Kakashi will be injured and that would be the first encounter with him. "Damn it it's Zabuza." Kansatsu muttered as Kakashi would look at him saying, "so is that what you saw when you tensed up huh?"
"yeah that's it." he said as Kakashi would look at Zabuza who was looking at them intensely and Kakashi would then ask, "how did you see things going." Kansatsu would then answer trying to hide the fact he watched the anime, "not much as when you asked me a question you pulled me out of my vision but what I saw was bad."
"Well looks like I will have to use this." Kakashi said moving his head band, revealing the sharingun, Zabuza would interject, " well it's Kakashi of the sharingun what an honor is it that you would immediately resort to using your sharingun eye on me."
"well Zabuza you flatter yourself as this is so I finish things as quickly as possible." a conversation between the two about how much of a testament to Zabuza's kill if he would be able to defeat Kakashi while he was using the sharingun.
meanwhile Sasuke was asking him self how was it possible that Kakashi possessed the sharingun which was exclusive to the Uchiha clan only and he would reach the conclusion that he might be a Uchiha as well.
Kansatsu would grab Sasuke's shoulder and say, "don't worry about it Sasuke I'll explain it to you when we get back to the village." which surprised him as to the best of his knowledge Kansatsu was a screw up who never truly taken something seriously in his life especially after the massacre.
with everything that was happening Kakashi and Zabuza would finish their conversion and the latter would jump back into the mist and the mist would thicken reducing everyone's visibility.
"Everyone protected Tezuna!" Kakashi yelled out as everyone would stand around the bridge builder readying themselves for Zabuza to come out of any direction to kill Tezuna the master bridge builder.
With what seemed like a eternity of silence Zabuza would appear in between everyone ready to cut them down, in that moment Kakashi would look back and rush to stop Zabuza and Kansatsu would do the same momentarily activating his sharingun to see his opponent's movements.
Which there was a masked figure standing on a nearby tree seeing all of this take place slightly surprised seeing Kansatsu activate his sharingun and then would notice that they were the only one who saw that.
