"Yes... How did you know?" Rin asked the queen of nymphs. There must be many faes that live in the territory of Minazuki. How did she know which one they were talking about?
"We actually came here to talk about them, but because this king of irresponsibility," She looked at the still-grumpy king and looked back. "Did not even bother to know the topic of our meeting today." When she finished saying that, all the eyes on the table turned to look at the person she was talking about.
"What?! You can't blame me! You know I don't like meetings... It's boring." Irving argued childishly.
"Irving, but that's the duty of the king. Even I come to the meeting knowing that it's going to be boring." Tinka puffed her chest. When she has a meeting, she wakes up late, eats late and comes at the moment when the meeting is about to start so that she doesn't have to spend more time there. She had tried to run away from the meeting, but her husband would predict it and stop her before she could.
"..." No one replied to her. What was she so proud of?
"My dear," Jesper held onto the proud pixie's hands.
"Yes?" She turned to look at her husband but, he just sighed before turning to look at shifters.
"Well, we have information about the water-fae so why don't you come and join us for the meeting? I think it may come in handy." When he faced them, the smile lingered on his lips. As if there was never a smile from the beginning on his cute but cold face. His wife was the only one that could make him smile or have a relaxed expression.
"Yeah, join us! It's going to be fun!" Tinka clapped her hands excitedly and went to sit where her husband was sitting before. "Come! Sit next to me!"
Alek couldn't say no to the pixie and sat next to her while the twins were invited by the queen of nymphs to sit next to her.
"So let us begin the meeting." Terance spoke. Irving was no longer grumpy when he realised that his saviours were going to be in. "First, I would like to know how much you know about the tribe. It will help us to skip the known parts."
Pollux nodded before he started talking. "Well, we don't know that much, to be honest. We know they are called Himawari No Kaze. They are the last air-fae and live under the direct territory of Minazuki. They like to stay hidden. The head is a male and called Niall. And I think that's it."
"I see... Where should I start from..." The leader of elves put his hand at his chin. There were so many things that these kids didn't know. After a while of thinking, he began talking about facts and stories of Himawari No Kaze.
Himawari No Kaze is the last of air-fae and, they are one of the many mysterious creatures in the supernatural world. Not many have been able to contact them as the tight security of Minazuki's territory and their carefulness.
Niall, the head, is the strongest of them all and is said to be the reason why all the air-fae had been hunted down. Not sure if he is an air-fae, or not since nobody has seen his powers or wings as they are always hidden under the thick coat he wears. Some say that he is a reincarnation of the first fae ever to exist because of his unique features. His hair is black but partially white, with his one iris being white and one fully black. No pixie of fae possessed that kind of features as they were only one coloured. If their colour was yellow, they would be yellow and nothing else. Plus, he always wore gloves that hid his hands. It is said there is a scar that he wants to cover up.
Going back to the tribe. It is confirmed that Himawari No Kaze is not made up of all air-fae. Some fire-fae and earth-fae are part of it since some are sold by their family. Also, some have seen many red-haired and brunette in the area of Minazuki. There are a lot of fae tribes that live under the territory of Minazuki but, they are the only ones that live under the protection of the head's area.
The reason why the four people came to visit Irving to have a meeting was that they heard that Niall was making a move. They didn't know why but assuming from the timing, they are sure that it is something to do with the upcoming shapeshifters battle of the new generation taking over. They didn't know which side they were going to be on but, either way, Himawari No Kaze's move was unpredictable and was making the supernatural world shake. Everybody thought that they would not do anything and stay neutral in the meantime.
"Any questions?" Terance looked at the kids. He had explained and told them everything they knew of while others, chatting in every now and then.
"Me!" Alek raised her hand as she did in school.
"Go on, Alek." The elf chuckled before speaking.
"Have you ever met them?"
"Yes. Irving told you about him meeting them, right? Well, he kind of got lost in their territory and, I had to pick him up. Celeste was somehow not allowed to enter but, I was. In there, there were some plants and animals that I had never seen in my long life. They didn't allow me to see as much as I was told to just pick him up and go. I saw a glimpse of Niall before leaving and, that was when I confirmed that all the rumours I've heard of him were true. And that's how I got information on them.
"Ohh. Okay. I've got nothing else." Alek put down her hand after she was satisfied with the answer.
"I have a question." Rin put a finger up and continued. "Is the head of the tribe that strong? Niall?"
"Oh, he is. Nobody knows where he came from but, he is strong. About the strength of a head of a shape-shifting community. He can go against your grandmother and, he can still keep up with her despite her being one of the most feared and strongest creatures in this world." Paleine chimed in.
"How do you know that?" Jin asked.
"Umm, okay. I think you may have heard of one of the leading clans Yayoi." She continued when the three nodded. "Well, some of them can even do further and know one's strength by touching one's stuff or even seeing a picture of them. So someone brought a special Yayoi to the meeting of fae and that is how we know his strength." Paleine smiled at the girl who had her eyes wide open.
"We know of one Yayoi who left the territory with the help of Nagatsuki." Jin spoke.
"I see. Is that how you triggered your powers?" Jesper looked at the girl sitting next to his wife. He didn't sound particularly cold but not warm either. It was normal for him to sound like this. If he was really in a bad mood. He would be like a statue and never move or talk.
"Yes. I went berserk after that, but now, I am doing pretty good. How did you know?" Alek never spoke about Novah helping her. Was it all around the area because she kind of made a mess in the head's house? If that's the case, how did the king of pixies know? Word travels fast.
"It's all over the supernatural world. Everyone is waiting to see the next head of Minazuki." Jesper's statue-like expression changed a little by his eyes slightly becoming thin. It was maybe because he was smiling with his eyes.
"I thought the head has warned them to not say a word about her whereabout?" Irving chimed in. He didn't look like the same person from the library. He had out his both elbows on the table and, his hands were meeting at his mouth. He was leaning forward and giving a dominant aura around him. He finally looked like a king of Sibhruion.
"Yes, they were. Alek being here was supposed to be kept in secret in the area. We don't know how it got out. People of Nagatsuki are said to be loyal. So that means either a citizen is not loyal or they have a spy." Tinka also spoke in a tone that was different from when they met. Her expressions were all serious and dominating.
"People will talk no matter if they were loyal to or not. Plus, I don't mind it. I have already decided to get help from a warlock, Felipe Oxley, grandma and probably these two." Alek looked at her cousins with pleading eyes. She had learned from earlier talk today that in both families, Jin and Rin were in the best control of their beasts, apart from the parents. And also, Jin was in the same position as Alek as being the next head.
"Of course, we'll help you." Rin replied to her while his brother nodded next to him.
"It's not about whether you mind it or not, darling. From this rumour, some may think you are ready. But you are not. You need to be ready before you meet them. With that, I can also help you." Paleine told the next head of Minazuki. "From what I've heard, you are a dragon and, I can sense that she is a water dragon, opposite of your grandmother, who breathes fire."
