It began with a headache!
After Charlotte addressed her pack, the vampires, weredragons, fairies and sirens were taken to the Queen’s Palace. They all returned to the packhouse in the Blue Orchid pack. She was forced to rest by her mate and she decided to be near him by staying in her room in the packhouse.
She lay down for a bit and dozed off until suddenly her head started hurting. It felt like she was hit by a fast-moving truck. She could faintly hear her wolf talking to her but the pain was so intense that she could not focus on anything else!
Azraiel was talking to the head coordinator when he felt a sharp pain in his head. He stopped talking immediately and clutched his head in his hands.
“Azraiel?” Daniel called him worriedly.
“I…” He gulps, “It hurts…” He sounded more confused than hurt.
It takes him a few seconds but he realizes it soon.
He jumps to his feet. “It’s Charlotte!”
