"They said it was found during the ward rounds after nine o'clock."
"Did they only start their rounds after nine?"
"No, they went for the rounds after their shift, dealing with several patients at the same time. The main issue was that the patient's family members had locked the ward door and wouldn't let them in. They later forced their way in, talked, but the family still closed the door again."
"Why did they report it at one after midnight if it was found after nine?"
"After the nine o'clock rounds, they didn't realize the patient's skin color might be off until after one in the morning."
Tan Kelin stopped in his tracks, narrowing his eyes, "What did you say? They needed to recall the incident to realize something was wrong?!"
