It will take up to 5 years after convincing the company it a governmental private building, but it will take 10 years as all the material use for building are reinforced and are used to build bunkers and 16 level buildings. This is all after adding more companies and paying more.
The building from the outside will look like the wayne manor in batman dc but with stronger build and japanese interior and exterior integrated into it that includes the high wall's and gardens, with room to put the hi-tech gadgets and security that would be updated in the future thanks to the blueprint and future knowledge.
