While Levi was busy slicing Titan napes with unparalleled precision, his squad worked in perfect harmony, coordinating their attacks to secure other locations.
yet amidst the chaos, Levi's mind lingered elsewhere, to his wife.
Also a meeting awaited—a critical one. Discussions about the mysteries inside the walls and the terror unfolding beyond them would shape the course of humanity. As it was finally the time to reveal and how Ewrin was going to present all that information to those dumb officials.

The presnt titan attack that was ongoing was far worse than any prior. The death toll was staggering, eclipsing the devastation of past battles.
Levi couldn't shake the gnawing worry in his heart. Wall Rose—where his wife, Sana, family Farlan and Isabel resided—felt far too vulnerable. The thought of danger reaching them made his chest tighten. As he pushed forward, relentlessly cutting down Titans, a flicker of motion caught his eye. Two members of the Military Police cowered behind a pile of debris, their faces pale and frozen in fear.
"Oye, shitheads!" Levi snapped, his sharp voice cutting through the air. "Why the hell are you hiding here? Aren't you supposed to be running away with those useless, crappy faces of yours?"
The soldiers stammered, too terrified to respond. Levi clicked his tongue in irritation. "Tch. Come with me," he ordered sharply, motioning for them to follow.
They trailed behind him, stumbling over their own feet. Levi led them toward a safer zone. Along the way, his sharp eyes landed on the power house, now reduced to rubble.
"What the hell happened here?" Levi demanded, his tone icy. "Why is the power house in this condition? Speak."
One of the Military Police hesitated before answering, his voice trembling. "C-Captain Levi… you don't know? Even before the walls were breached, the power house had issues. Nobody could fix it. The nobles… they sent us to investigate. Sana-san… she was summoned here… even though she was… pregnant."
The words hit Levi like a blade. His heart dropped into a void of despair.
"And then… that ape-like Titan," the soldier continued, his voice breaking, "it threw rubble—massive chunks of stone. Everything collapsed instantly. Sana-san… she didn't make it. The nobles are losing their minds, but all they care about is how much she could've done for their luxury, not—"
Levi heard no more. The words blurred into a painful buzz in his ears. His grip on his blades slackened, and before he realized it, he descended, landing near the ruins of the power house. 'Sana.' The name echoed in his mind as he sank to the ground, his legs unable to hold him. He sat amidst the rubble, staring blankly, his breath shallow and erratic.
His mind couldn't process it. The love of his life. His Sana. Gone. His child… gone.
Tears began to stream down his face, unbidden and unstoppable. He didn't even realize the Military Police were still yelling at him. "Captain! Escort us to safety!" their panicked voices rang out. But Levi heard none of it.
They eventually fled on their own, leaving Levi in his silent grief. The sun dipped lower in the sky as he wandered aimlessly, using his 3D gear to scale the remains of the once-bustling district. Finally, he found himself perched on a lonely rooftop, where he slumped down, head hung low, his heart shattered beyond repair.
The evening air chilled, but Levi didn't notice. His thoughts swirled in a storm of anguish. Sana's laughter. Her warmth. Her voice calling his name. 'All gone.'
Suddenly, a shadow loomed over him. Two Titans, massive and grotesque, approached from either side. Their gaping mouths stretched wide, ready to devour. Levi sat motionless, his face buried, utterly detached from reality.
The sound of whirring gear and the slicing of flesh broke the silence. A Titan's hand fell to the ground with a sickening thud, severed clean by a blade. Levi blinked, his senses slowly returning.
"Heichouuuuuu!!! What the hell are you doing?!" a desperate voice screamed behind him.
Petra. The sound jolted him back to life. Levi glanced up as Petra and Eld made quick work of the Titans, their movements fluid and precise.
"Levi-heichou!" Petra called again, her voice trembling with concern. "What's wrong? Everyone is retreating to Wall Rose! It's urgent. Something major is happening back there."
Levi took a moment to steady himself. His face, though pale and stricken, hardened into its usual stoicism. "Let's move," he muttered, his voice a hollow echo of its former self.
Petra and Eld exchanged uneasy glances but followed silently as Levi led the way back to Wall Rose. His thoughts churned—grief and anger battling for dominance. His wife. His unborn child. He had lost everything.

Meanwhile, within Wall Rose…
The tension was palpable. The air inside the chamber crackled with heated arguments as officials debated furiously over Eren Jaeger's fate. One faction demanded his execution, fearing the danger he posed. Another wanted to use him as a test subject, believing his Titan powers could unlock the secrets of their enemy. Survey Corps and Garrison leader, Dot Pixis, pushed to spare Eren, arguing that he was humanity's best hope.
Levi entered the chamber with Petra and Eld trailing behind. His usual cold demeanor was shadowed by something darker. 'Something broken.'
"Levi," Erwin greeted, his voice steady but laced with concern.
But Levi's gaze wasn't on the Erwin. He stared at the floor, fists clenched at his sides, barely holding himself together. Petra stepped forward hesitantly, her hand brushing his arm.
"Levi-heichou…?" she asked softly.
He didn't answer. His storm-gray eyes finally lifted, locking onto Erwin.

The room was filled with chaos. Shouts and accusations collided in the air, a chorus of voices lashing out, none louder than the ones directed at Mikasa. She stood at the center of it all, rigid and unmoving, her fists clenched tightly at her sides. The harsh light above cast shadows on her face, drawing her features into a sharp, defiant line. Her lips pressed together so firmly that it almost looked as if she were holding back something—something far deeper than the words she refused to speak. Around her, the factions rallied against her, each word another strike, another blow.
"She's always been a killer! Even as a kid—three lives, just like that!" one of them yelled, his voice brimming with contempt.
"And you expect us to trust her? People like her don't change!" another faction member added, spitting out the words like venom.
Mikasa's jaw twitched, barely perceptible, but it was enough to show the strain beneath her cold exterior. Her gaze fell, if only for a moment, the weight of the accusations crashing down on her like a heavy weight. Her scarf slipped slightly, revealing the vulnerability beneath—vulnerability she'd spent years trying to keep hidden.
Suddenly, a voice roared above the rest, shattering the tension in an instant.
"SHUT UP!" Eren's voice exploded across the room, his rage cutting through the noise like a blade.
The room fell silent, every eye snapping toward him. His chest heaved, rising and falling in quick, ragged breaths. There was a storm building inside him—fury and pain twisting together.
Eren's voice was low, but there was nothing soft about it. "You don't know anything about what happened that day. Don't act like you do." He bent forward, each movement laced with tension, as though every inch was a battle he was barely holding back. His hands trembled, but his eyes were fixed on the accusers, burning with fury.
Mikasa lifted her gaze to him, startled by the sudden shift. For a split second, their eyes met. Guilt and gratitude flickered in her expression, but she said nothing.
Eren rising his voice again, raw and full of rage. "She didn't kill anyone because she wanted to. I made her do it. If you have a problem with that, come at me. I'll take every single one of you on."
The room tensed, the air thick with the weight of his words, but before Eren could make another move, a hand landed firmly on his shoulder.
Levi's grip was unyielding, and the tension in the room doubled. Without a word, Levi's presence filled the space, his calmness cutting through the seething chaos like a quiet, insistent force.
Eren spun around, ready to lash out, but froze as soon as he saw Levi's face. The sharp, unflinching expression he was used to was gone. In its place was something far more unsettling—calm, too calm. His eyes were hollow, as if the weight of something far worse than the argument had already taken its toll on him. The moment felt suspended in time, the noise of the room fading into the background as Levi's gaze locked onto Eren.
"That's enough." Levi's voice cut through the air, quiet but final.
Eren's heart pounded in his chest. He didn't know what to say. Levi's presence was suffocating, like an iron fist wrapping around his throat. His anger still burned, but it felt... smaller now.
Before Eren could even process what was happening, Levi moved in one fluid motion—faster than Eren could react—and slammed his boot into Eren's chest with bone-crushing force.
The impact was brutal. Eren's body flew backward, crashing hard against the pillar with a sickening thud.
The room was silent.
Eren lay there, gasping for air, his body sprawled out on the ground. His chest heaved with the effort to breathe, pain shooting through him from the brutal blow. His eyes were wide with shock, his mind racing, unable to comprehend what had just happened.
Levi stood over him, unmoving. His face was as hard as stone, but there was something deeper in his eyes—something tired, haunted, like a man who had already lived through too much.
"You're not helping anyone, Eren. Stand down." Levi's voice was low, cold.
Eren's hands trembled. His body ached, his chest burned from the brutal kick. He couldn't get up—not yet.
Levi turned his back to Eren and moved toward the center of the room, his gaze sweeping over the faction members.
"If you have time to dredge up old grudges, then you have time to prepare for the fight ahead. Or do you all plan to die bickering like children?"
One of the faction members opened his mouth to respond, but Levi cut him off, his tone sharp and commanding.
"Save it. If you're still alive tomorrow, maybe then you can waste your breath blaming people who've done more for you than you'll ever know."
Levi's voice softened slightly as he continued, but there was no warmth in it—only exhaustion.
"You think you can dissect or kill him, you scaredy pigs. "
The room grew still, uneasy. No one dared speak. The weight of Levi's words hung in the air, and even the most vocal among them remained silent.
Levi turned his back to them all, his movements slow but deliberate. There was no hesitation in him as he walked toward the door.
The court decided to give the custody of Eren Yeager to survey corps and also use his ability to seal the gate of Wall Maria as they cannot loose a big territory.
Outside, the hallway was dim and quiet, the muffled sounds of the argument fading behind him. Levi paused for a moment, leaning against the wall. His hand trembled slightly before he clenched it into a fist, forcing himself to steady.
'It's difficult to cope up with all this Sana.'
