Ryu arrived at the giant refrigerator, his heart pounding with urgency. The cold air enveloped him as he stepped inside, the dim light casting eerie shadows on the walls. Bags of blood from all blood types lined the shelves, each type concentrated in a different area with a large sign above indicating the type. Ryu's eyes scanned the room quickly, locating the O- type blood bags. He snatched one, its cold, liquid weight reassuring in his hands, and hurried back to Arakan.
As Ryu approached the room, he could hear the patient's labored breathing, the heavy gasps punctuated by the occasional moan of pain. He couldn't even set foot in the room before the patient started to flail uncontrollably. "What's happening?!" Ryu exclaimed, his voice tense with concern as he jumped in to assist Arakan, who was holding down the man.
"He's going into shock from the blood loss. Bring me the blood bag!" Arakan instructed, his voice steady but strained as he prepared an infusion. Ryu hesitated, his worry growing. The slash across the patient's chest was deep, and it must have cut several important blood vessels. He couldn't shake the feeling that the transfusion alone wouldn't be enough. Luckily, an idea popped into Ryu's head.
With a stealthy glance around the room, Ryu awakened his Sharingan, then quickly used the Transformation Jutsu to alter its shape to a regular pupil. The effects remained untouched, but his eyesight and analytical abilities improved dramatically. Carefully, Ryu examined the wound once more, hoping to find a way to save the patient's life.
'This is bad!' Ryu thought, panic rising within him as he grasped the severity of the situation. "Arakan! The transfusion won't do anything, the slash harmed his Superior Vena Cava. I have no idea how it lasted for this long, but now it's ruptured, and all the blood that's supposed to return to the heart from his upper body area is gushing out of his body! We need to fix it before we give him the blood transfusion!" Ryu's voice was urgent as he shared his analysis.
"What?! How did you figure that out? We didn't even have time to perform a basic examination. What's your secret?" Arakan demanded, his voice tense with urgency. "Call it a secret Jutsu," Ryu replied evasively. "Now, do you have something we can use? This needs immediate attention, or he won't last for another minute!" Ryu said urgently.
Arakan's eyes narrowed, but he didn't hesitate. "If what you say is true, then...Damn it!" he cursed under his breath. Placing his hands above the man's heart, they began to emit a green glow. Ryu watched Arakan's movements, recognizing the technique. "Is that...?" he murmured, his voice slightly surprised.
"Yes, Medical Ninjutsu," Arakan confirmed, his voice abrupt. "I'm an expert at it, but I don't use it often since I'm practically the only doctor in this forsaken place. There's always an emergency that requires my Chakra, and since I only have so much, I can't afford to waste it. If your analysis was wrong, and because of this, I won't have enough Chakra for another emergency, I'll kick you out immediately!" Arakan's tone was stern, the threat in his voice clear.
"Don't worry, I'm not wrong about this," Ryu replied with confidence as he observed the Ninjutsu Arakan was using. 'Incredible! The blood vessels are regenerating at lightning speed!' Ryu thought, amazed by the power of the technique. Arakan let out a sigh of relief as he moved his hands away, the green glow disappearing. In just a few seconds, the blood vessels had regenerated completely. It was miraculous.
"What are you standing there for?! We need to give him the blood ASAP!" Arakan shouted, snapping Ryu out of his reverie. "Um, I don't know how to perform a transfusion..." Ryu admitted awkwardly. Arakan sighed, visibly frustrated. "Just give it to me and examine the patient. If you find anything else wrong, let me know right away!"
"Sure..." Ryu muttered, his voice tinged with frustration as he examined the wound again with his Sharingan. "The blood vessels are fine now, but his flesh is pretty much severed. The blade he was wounded with cut his ribs diagonally, and as a result, I see some bone shards penetrating his flesh and organs. I think we should remove them after he stabilizes," Ryu suggested.
"What kind of medical technique could possibly allow you to perform such an accurate analysis?" Arakan demanded to know. "I told you, it's a secret. I can't tell you," Ryu insisted. "You fool! I'd understand if this was some combat technique like those idiotic clans have, but what you possess could save countless lives! The world of medicine isn't meant to be secretive, you're supposed to share your discoveries!" Arakan snapped, his anger growing.
"That's nonsense! The great villages keep their advances a secret, they don't share anything. If they can do it, so can I!" Ryu shot back, his frustration mounting. "Do you really compare yourself to one of those idiotic villages? The ones that let politics ruin the lives of countless people through pointless wars or hidden technology and techniques?! I can see how the two of you are similar!" Arakan spat, his bitterness evident.
"You ungrateful swine!" Ryu exploded, his annoyance reaching its peak. "I came here to help you, and if it weren't for me, this guy would have died! Yet all you've done is lash out and act like a complete jerk! What the hell is your problem?!" Arakan glared at him, seething. "Watch what you say, you ignorant child!" he retorted sharply.
"Enough of this! I don't deserve this treatment!" Ryu declared, his anger finally boiling over. With that, he stormed off, leaving Arakan to deal with the consequences of their heated exchange.

"Argh! What's his problem?! Does he always treat people like that? I was just trying to help, and he acts like a complete jerk!" Ryu grumbled angrily as he stomped back to his room. "Don't take it personally, kid," a sudden voice beside him said, causing Ryu to jump in surprise.
Already in a foul mood, Ryu instinctively used his Jutsu to transform the nearby walls into long katana blades, stopping just short of where he heard the voice. He turned around and saw the monkey-masked guard staring wide-eyed at the blades surrounding him, his eyes filled with panic. Upon closer inspection, Ryu realized he had accidentally pierced the man's left shin, though it appeared to be the only wound inflicted.
"WHAT ON EARTH JUST HAPPENED?!" The security guard yelled, completely baffled. "Um, sorry about that... You should brace yourself to put pressure on the wound since I'll make the swords disappear now," Ryu informed him, a hint of remorse in his voice.
"...Alright, give me a second," the guard said, quickly performing a series of hand signs before giving Ryu a slight nod. Ryu dispelled the transformations, and all the blades vanished into thin air. A moment later, the guard cast his Jutsu, and a tight cast made of rocks formed around his leg.
"Sigh This should hold until Arakan can treat me. He's gonna have a field day with this one, I bet," the guard remarked, trying to laugh it off. "Damn, kid, what did you do? You nearly sliced me to bits!"
Ryu couldn't help but feel a bit guilty. "I'm really sorry. I was just startled and reacted without thinking," Ryu apologized.
"That's fine, kid, accidents happen. But what was that technique exactly?" The security guard asked in a voice that made it clear he wanted answers
