When the light disappeared a man with blonde hair, a diamond-shaped face can be seen. He has a slim figure not because of malnutrition instead it's because of the lack of fitness. He also has a pair of yellow eyes which stand out the most as if his eyes are glowing.
The man who was reiji was standing in the middle of what looked like a Colosseum made out of gold, purple and white bricks.
When he looked around he noticed that there are 18 seats located all around him and in the front of the stadium was an extravagant throne. But mysteriously he wasn't able to see who are sitting on either the throne or the seats because it was as if a glowing white mist was blocking his eyesight. All he could see was Colosseum walls and 18 seats and a throne around him he can see their toes but that's the only thing he can see.
When he remembered the final words of casiel he frowned and speak with a solemn tone
" Are you the 18 High Gods?"
Clap! Clap! Clap!
"Brilliant!! You manage to not only calm yourself but you also manage to observe and deduce who we are in less than a minute....!"
The man on the left side of the throne spoke. And the moment he spoke he could see the face and the figure of that person or in this case God.
He has blood-red eyes and golden long hair. His body was toned and his height is 5'9 feet. He was the perfect dream prince of any girl of any age. At first glance, he looked like a very cheerful and warm-hearted person but one could feel the power surging through his body. Reiji who was a normal human can also feel it within him. He was scared.
But then the man silenced as he stopped laughing and looked around the other gods who are giving him 'at least show some pride and dignity on our name' stares
Hahaha... Haha... Haah...
Then he awkwardly laughed then sighed and looked at reiji.
Reiji who was oblivion to all of it suddenly caught off guard by the god's sudden pause in laugher as he thought
'Is he my enemy? He certainly doesn't look like it. But what was that sudden halt in laugher...' Just when he was processing what to do the God started speaking again.
" Hello there. I am a high God. About my title, I will tell you that later. And I am not your enemy" when reiji heard the last part his eye widened but he quickly recovers from that and puts on a poker face when he heard the God with the red eyes continued " Yes I know what you are thinking, quite literally. So where was I? Oh... Ahem! This place is the God king's Assembly and you are the reason for this assembly."
As if waiting for the cue suddenly all the white mist started lifting and mixed with the mist cloud that was floating on the top of the Colosseum. He can now see all 19 gods that are sitting on the thrones of their rights. As he observed them he came to only one conclusion and that was they are the most beautiful people in the entire world. And the one who was the most charming was the God who was talking to him a while ago.
Then he suddenly heard a deep male voice as he looked at the God-King he instinctively knew it was the God king's voice even though he has never heard it before.
'Welcome to my kingdom, Reiji.'
When these words went through his mind he immediately bowed bending his one knee. As he speaks
''It is my honor to be able to serve again, your highness''
When reiji said those words everybody else was surprised including himself. Only the God-king smiled as he thought
' How nostalgic '
"Be at ease" said the God-king as the reiji become relaxed again.
"Eros. Explain to him." God-king ordered
"Yes. Your majesty" Eros the man who was the first high God answered with a solemn tone.
"Reiji, on behalf of the God-king and the 18 high God we request you to help us on an important job" Eros continued
"Why do you want my help?"
Reiji interrupted, confused but not scared.
"Because this is something only you can handle" Eros immediately answered with confidence.
"So what is this Job you are talking about?"
" We can't tell you the details because you don't have much time here. Your soul is slowly corroding by our spiritual pressure. But in a nutshell,
You will be sent to another world with the blessing of everybody present here. Your goal is to live your life to the fullest."
"Ehhhhhhh!?!?"
"I meant what I said. You will find your true job there eventually but before that, you must live happily so that your last bit of regret can be fulfilled! " Eros commented with such deep voice that it was enough to make reiji believe that he is not messing.
" Can I refuse? " reiji pondered
" Yes, you can. No one will force you neither will they use their influence over you. But I sincerely hope that you don't" Eros answered with a solemn expression.
" If this mission is so important to you then why won't you be forcing me? After all, you are the gods, right?" Reiji spoke out of curiosity.
"This is something delicate and if done halfheartedly it can cause universal catastrophe. That's why we won't be forcing you but you are our first and most suitable candidate and your soul is also quite strong we believe you can potentially host our blessing" Eros answered.
After a few minutes of discussion reiji finally decided to agree.
"I accept your job." reiji voice out with a smile on his face.
Then the God-king spoke again "Thank you, reiji" just as he said those words Reiji felt chills ran down his spine he then immediately saw his surroundings change before which was the assembly of Gods is now turned into a starry sky. And he can see one man standing in front of him. When he appraised the man he realized that he was even more handsome than Eros who he thought was the most handsome God there.
He had sharp features, short black-haired with shards of Oxford blue he has a perfectly toned body and his eyes were closed. Or so he thought because his eyes looked like the night sky with camouflage with the surroundings but in reality, his eyes are watching the entire universe and the entire universe is reflecting on them.
Reiji was about to say something but the God-King interrupted him with a warm smile.
"You will be getting your First blessing from me. Now my blessing is a bit different from other gods as I will grant you one wish and under certain of course."
" Pardon this one's rudeness but can I wish for absolutely anything? " Reiji wondered.
"No there are certain conditions to it. These are -
you cannot ask for anything that actually exists in your world
and you also cannot wish for something too great for example nuclear weapons and things like that"
'Then what can I wish?' this was the train of thoughts in his mind. He was wondering if there is anything he can wish for...
"You can ask for anything as long as it's in your imagination or someone else's imagination" as if reading his thoughts he answered him.
' Manga!!' He remembered when he was 17 years old he was studying about Japan and found that people of his age group are very interested in something called Manga.
So guess what he spent his next 4 months reading Manga due to half boredom and half research purposes.
"Please give me the powers of every protagonist in every Manga!! " Reiji spoke as he was laughing heartily on the inside.
'Muahahahhahhahaha!!! Who would have guessed that those 4 months of my life would be so worth it! hahahahahaha!'
"That's not possible"
'That's right! Now I am the stronges.....
Wait what!?'
'How it's this not possible? ' he thought.
"You see that much power is a lot more than you can bite. I can only give you one wish you and you cannot wish for everything it's an unspoken rule remember" The king God replied with a neutral tone.
"Then can you give me something like a system which will be my partner or assistant of some sort?" Reiji spoke with a crestfallen look.
" I will consider it. Now choose anything else." the God-king spoke with contemplative expressions.
" Well then give me all the eyes techniques in my favorite martial art anime" Reiji shamelessly spoke without an ounce of embarrassment.
"That's also not possible. But I can give you a mixture of all those eyes, so you will get some benefits of everything" The God King mentioned
"It's pointless to negotiate considering the fact that you can read my mind. Just give it to me" Reiji spoke in a defeated manner.
"Good, now off you go other gods are waiting," the God said with a smile on his face.
"Sure"
He gets his blessing from 4 other gods afterward then the fourth God spoke to Reiji as Reiji sucked in into that God's domain.
"Reiji. It's nice to meet you. I am the God of reincarnations"
