After three days Benedict and Eddie went back to the empire with Sophia. It was right after Sophia received permission from the king. There was no way the king would say no. After all it would bring great benefits to the kingdom if the Sophia marries the most influential person in the empire.
Meanwhile, Alex was able to force the king to make him the representative for the upcoming birthday celebration of the grand duke of Temal. While the king has [6] circles there was no way he can possibly put up a fight against Alex to begin with.
"So this is the teleportation gate"
"Yeah"
I wonder what kind of method it uses for it to be able to transfer something to another location. Eddie's portal ability is from a spirit, does that mean that teleportation gates like this have the power of spirits?
The teleportation gate activated. Everything bend and blurry.
Ugh, I feel nauseous.
I already knew from Alex that the first time would be like this but experiencing it just sucks on so many levels.
"We're here"

I wasn't able to walk which is why Alex carried me all the way to the room.
"When will the ship depart?"
"In four days days"
Means that we can still visit the crater.
I feeling nauseous and dizzy the whole day so I was force, by Alex, to rest in the room.
The next day we toured around the whole town. Ate street foods and bought different accessories as well as souvenirs for my dogs.
"Wear this"
"A blindfold?"
"Yup"
After wearing the blindfold he carried me and went flew using the power of a wind spirit.
We were flying for a bit so I thought that we were somewhere far away, but when he took off the blindfold without warning we were still in the same place.
"Transparency?"
"Yeah!"
Among the five power of spirits he can use three of them were fire based, the fourth one is a wind base, while the last one was a type of spirit that can grant invisibility.
But can he also he use it on other people?
"Don't worry they won't be able to see you as long as I am touching you"
"We've been here the whole time?"
"No. I took five laps around the town before removing the blindfold"
"You did this for what?"
"You are afraid of heights. I wanted to carry you while you were shaking. It felt like I was seeing a new part of you. I'm sorry for being selfish"
This cute asshole. I trusted him and let him carry me in the sky just to stab me in the back like that.
"You better be prepared for the consequences later"
"Eh?"
"Not now, don't worry. Of course, you already knew I was going to punish you, right?"
"I... okay"
After that, he decided to take me to the place he wanted to show me by foot.
At the base of the inactive volcano there was a cliff.
We sat down on the grass and watch the view without a care about anything else.
The view was simply beautiful. The golden rays of the sun as it set. The breeze from the great river and the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks.
As the sun goes down the golden rays became orange. It then became red. Minutes after it became purple until the sun finally set.
The cloudless sky was filled with shimmering stars and a bright full moon. Contrary to the blinding golden rays earlier which seems to be filled with energy and happiness, the lackluster moonlight gave off a relaxing sensation.
"Wear this"
Alex put his coat on me. I was wearing a sleeveless dress since I knew he was planning for a date today.
He must have been worried that I'll get a cold from the cool wind.
"Thanks"
I stood up and held out my hand.
"Let's go"
"Where to?"
"The place where you were supposed to die"
I wonder why God didn't sealed my memories about the part of the novel where Alex died. Is it some sort of sympathy? Maybe pity? No matter what the reason is I am thankful that my most treasured memory was not taken away from me.
I was once again carried by Alex so that we can go to the top of the volcano faster. We entered and landed nearby the small lake.
There were vegetation and animals inside, in the lake that is.
Fireflies were scattered around illuminating the whole place.
"Let's take a dip for a while"
"Eh? But we don't have anything to dry us with later on"
I pulled towels from the basket I was carrying the entire time.
"As for our clothes, well, we can just remove everything before going in"
We went to the lake after removing all of our clothes.
"Do you want to do it here?"
"Really?!"
"Why not?"
We enjoyed the night very well.

We came back to the mansion at dawn. We didn't sleep so we were dead tired and went to bed as soon as we arrived.
We spent the remaining two days exploring the other parts outside of the town.
While Alex was killing the monsters(showing off) in front of me Theo was beside me to ensure my safety.
"Theo, where do monsters come from?"
"As you know, the chances of being an ability user is 1/1,000"
"Right"
"The same thing goes with animals. As animals are more prone to absorbing mana they mutate and undergo transformation which gives birth to the existence of monsters"
How come this was not included in the books God provided?
"If you are wondering why you don't know about this, it is because no human know anything about the origin of mana and monsters"
"If you, a demon, can tell me about this, how come other witches and wizards don't know about this?"
"That is because of the demons they summon are of lower class and are too young therefore they are ignorant of the truth. I, Vassago and Aamon are high rank demons. Our real power was sealed until master acknowledge and accepted himself as the sorcerer"
"You had your powers sealed not empowered?"
"That is correct"
I thought they just got stronger because of Alex but to think they were actually strong since the beginning.
"What about Sophia's demon?"
"Lady Sophia's demon is of higher rank than the three of us. In terms of rank Vassago would be a princess while me and Aamon are dukes. As for lady Sophia's demon he is one of the seven demon kings in hell"
"Um, are you sure that you are allowed to tell me all of this? It sounds like its some sort of top secret about demons"
"Forgive me for my rudeness but you are an existence who does not belong in this world. I can tell based on the energy around you. It resembles that of God's"
He knows?
"If you know about it does that mean others as well?"
"No. I am confident to say that I am the only one who can see it. Not even the demon serving lady Sophia met God. After all I am the oldest demon in hell"
That's the same thing as telling me that you saw God yourself. But it is a relief to hear that the only one who knows about this is Theo.
"Do not worry milady, I will never tell master about your secret"
"Thank you"

The day for the departure came. We had the ship for ourselves so the trip to the grand duchy was rather quiet.
"The ship is about to reach the port. Are you ready-"
"How does it look?"
Alex froze in place after seeing me. I was wearing a beige tailcoat and pants made from snake leather. I was also wearing some of the diamond jewelry set that Alex gave me when I was at his palace for the first time.
"Well, is it good on me?"
"O-of course! You look stunning!"
He said with a bright smile.
"You really look beautiful but I thought you hated wearing expensive clothing?"
"I can't possibly be thinking of going to another country as a representative with my lover wearing some casual clothes, can I"
If I do that people are bound to spread rumors that Alex is going around with a 'filthy woman'. Though I hate it, for the sake of his image, I'll be wearing these clothes for the next few weeks.
After the ship docked, we went to the carriage prepared by the grand duke of Temal as fast as possible to get out of the grasp from the swarming paparazzi and reporters.
The news of Alex being the sorcerer of the century have already spread in the whole continent while we were busy sightseeing in his land.
Two days later we arrive at the city near the capital of Temal.
We didn't stop here for the purpose of sleeping here for the night but to get Alex a teacher to teach him how to efficiently use his powers.
"Why do we need to wear a mask?"
"We will be going to an auction, an illegal one hosted by the count who is governing this city"
"Is there something you need there? I can just steal it you know"
"Something and someone. You'll find out soon"
Using the backstreets of the city we arrive at the place where the auction will be held.
"Invitation?"
"Alex"
Alex then knocked out the guard and put his body somewhere nearby after tying him up. Vassago then took the form of the man who was guarding the entrance to avoid any suspicions from other people.
The auction began a few minutes later after we took a vacant seat.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I am please to see that a lot of you participated in this event! As you know the grand duke's birthday will be coming and the appearance of the sorcerer is to be expected as well. Tonight, we have prepared a variety of jewelries and items that will be up to your liking. Without further ado, let us now begin the auction!"
One by one expensive jewelries and rare items were brought to the stage. Of course, a lot of people enjoyed the event since the items that were being auctioned are without a doubt of high class.
"Alex, do you see the guy over there?"
"The guard who is wearing a black mask with gold threads?"
"Yeah. Make Theo follow him in secret. Once the auction ends make sure that Theo knocks him out and to put a gag on him to prevent suicide"
"Okay"
As stated in the novel he really is here huh.
"Now, for the last item, I present you Aurora's twilight necklace"
The crowd started cheering for the last item.
"As you all know, this necklace originally came from the late marchioness Aurora Glactus. An amazing necklace which is as if it is representing a starry night with healing abilities. We will begin with five hundred golds"
The price quickly went up for each second that passed. Aurora's twilight necklace is known for its healing abilities once it is worn by a woman and that it will protect the owner. The late marquess, Aurora's husband created this jewelry set since Aurora's health was declining to due an unknown and incurable disease.
Obviously, the necklace work and preserve Aurora's health which made an uproar in the whole continent. Her husband, Arthur Glactus fought all the thieves and assassins that were sent by those who coveted the healing abilities of the necklace.
Despite having [7] circles as a mage he later died after sacrificing himself to save his wife and only son. Aurora then later died because of the assailants while the kid was able to escape. And now, that very kid grew up and is now here to retrieve what belongs to his family.
"Twenty thousand gold!"
I said.
All the guests, guards and the host himself look to me and was baffled. Twenty thousand gold is already more than the count's yearly income from all of his business, this includes his business in the black market.
"M-milady... are you sure about that?"
"Yes I am"
My man's loaded anyway.
"T-twenty thousand gold! Going once... going twice... sold!"
The auction ended. We went to the back room to claim our item. For free.
