Impure Sun Kingdom
Capital City - Tortuga
District Grade Force
"Prince John, we have received information about the rebels. They are gathering in the west." A suave fair-skinned general walked into the Kingdom of David's embassary courtyard.
"Have you received a word from the Imperial court? Prince John asked while handing a steak to Liana, his pet Vixeneer Lion. The general couldn't help but tremble seeing the lion easily dig into raw Tier 3 meat.
"Yes, the King is gathering his army to launch a descisive strike on a few of the groups before they can gather together. They have asked you to man the capital along with the immortals. They would also like to know when reinforcements will come?" As he spoke the general didn't know how to feel. Prince John is only 33 but everyone has heard of his great abilities as a Farrar descendant. Yet some ministers in the imperial court knew that the reinforcements wouldn't be too great as the implications would cause the situation to spiral out of control.
Still, they knew how grim the situation currently was especially with the new factor adding itself to the picture.
"The Darkwood Soldiers and the Jr. Rhino Force will begin a campaign this way from the state of Abe in 2 months. The Jr. Rhino Force will work with the 8th sin Academy to corner the rebels. The Darkwood force will hold down the capital as they specialize in a formation that is nearly impenetrable. What about the walking dead problem?" Prince Adoli was already informed by his father on the next course of action.
Only problem he currently doesn't have a solution for is that the walking corpses have begun to spread a disease around the kingdom. This started due to the king hastily ordering the immortals from the secret realm.
The aura they emitted began to poison the citizens. Although there were countermeasures in place they missed one measly rat. That rat then travelled through the many smaller settlements around the capital.
This led to an awkward situation. When the rebels came to wreak havoc they didn't notice the new update to the situation, causing them to retreat and attempt to regroup.
With a new bonus defensive moat of zombies, the imperial court were able to gather themselves. This took the initiative away from the rebel army.
"Yes, for now we have secured the royal tunnel that stretches to the borders in each direction. Would you like to inform the reinforcements of that route?" Prince John was stunned not expecting the imperial court to be so forward.
'Is this the King's way of agreeing to my relationship with Sue?' Prince John couldn't help but wonder. Letting him and his people in on such a big secret is very suspicious to say the least.
"My father is sending them to suppress the cities on the way here." Prince John said mightily.
Hearing this General Theodore was shocked. Although that would greatly benefit the situation. As a general he couldn't help but feel it seemed alot like an invasion
Though he knew that they would probably owe alot for helping, is this ok? Yet, the king and the imperial court have been trying to chum up to the Farra family as of recent. He just didn't know why.
At this moment general Theo noticed the water the big cat was drinking from slowly began to take on an auburn rose color. A wonderful fragrance began to spread into the air. One lacking chains, inhibitions, and full of spirits.
"Oh, well, thank you Prince John I will report back to the court and come back to you with any updates. For now I will take my leave." Frightened, the bulky general hastened out of the room.
In confusion, Prince John began to look around. Noticing his "pet" drinking wine he couldn't help but panic.
"Liana, we talked about this. No spirits before bed." Prince John reprimanded Acinonyx-like cat.
Taking a pause from licking the wine from her paws, Liana gave a disgruntled grunt. Before purring to earn her master's sympathy.
"No, how can you confront your kids like this? What kind of example are you setting?" Prince John stated while pouring himself a cup.
Liana began to snarl seeing him drinking, reminding him of his hypocrisy. At this moment there was a knock at the door.
*Knock*
*Knock*
"Come in, Love." Prince John said lovingly.
"How do you always know it's me?" Princess Sue Cullen said walking into the room with Failinis her canine monstrosity in tow.
As a princess of the Impure Sun Kingdom, Sue was fit and well built. A child prodigy of body cultivation. And a renowned spear fighter.
"Failinis makes the best wine." Prince John said before burping.
"Failinis can't make wine silly, he is just a dog." Sue said giggling at her normally regal boyfriends' manners.
"You can't tell me that all this time you never noticed?" Prince John said worriedly. Although he has known for a long time, he has always thought it was something everyone knew. Especially since everyone took it as an everyday occurrence.
"Noticed what?" Sue said, curious.
"Here." Prince John handed her the cup. Only when Sue looked into the cup all she saw was water with a few suds on top from what could possibly be spit. From which creature, she could only speculate.
"Am I… supposed to drink this?'' she couldn't help but look over to the giant cat currently licking itself.
"Huh." Baffled seeing the current contents of the cup, John took the cup back into his hand and it quickly turned back into wine. Seeing that Sue was stunned.
"Woah, how did you do that?" Sue was stunned. "Do it again." She hurriedly snatched the cup from him before shoving it back to him several times.
"What are you doing? It's not me, it's Failinis." Prince John said while being jerked around. 'I am a warrior Prince, no? Why treat me so?'
"Failinis? What makes you think that?" Although Sue didn't supect John of lying to her, she also found the thought fantastical. 'Wait, is that why everyone is so joyous when I bring him with me but disappointed when I am alone?' Sue began to think to herself about how her father built her dog a palace in his courtyard. 'He didn't even give me a palace. How… biased.'
Prince John was stunned seeing his future wife take 3 decades to figure out that her war-dog can change water to wine. In fact, during battles the medical department will even use Failinis and feed it medicinal herbs to form various elixirs. 'How, just how?'
"That's beside the point. Why did you find me at this time, love?" Putting the matter aside John asked.
