A few meters from where they stood in the forest, they saw a wooden house. It seemed to have been there for a long time. The Sergeant then pushed the two men aside and warned them not to move an inch.
He informed his men what they found on the radio. He then made his way towards the cabin, making sure not to arouse the attention of whoever was inside.
The Sergeant moved to the corner of the house and peeped through the window. He didn't see anything from his angle. He tried to move closer than he saw Denis and Randy closing into the house. He motioned them to stay a step back from the door.
He walked to the door and quietly and rattled the knob.
He then stepped inside slowly and was alarmed. Before he knew it, he was struck at the back. He crawled down, feeling giddy. His gun was then kicked away from his hard very fast.
