The idol Michy surely was living comfortably in the area. Azren just found out that the apartment building was in an elite neighborhood in the city. It was an exclusive area that only wealthy people could live in that area.
Other than that information, Azren also found out that the apartment building the idol currently living in was the most luxurious in the city. It was the most expensive place to live in the city with a complete facility, and the residences could find anything just by walking five steps away from their doors.
It was hyperbolic, but that was what Azren was thinking now.
Azren originally planned to leave the building to shop for groceries, but when he searched the internet, he got information that there was a supermarket and a shopping center on the ground floor of the building.
He didn't pay attention to them when he just arrived at the building, but now that he knew about them, he then decided to go grocery shopping at that supermarket instead. He didn't have to walk very far, so it was good for his human feet.
He also needed to buy some clothes for himself, but with the amount of money in his wallet, he might only be able to buy one or two pieces of clothing. Azren could only sigh heavily.
He had told the idol that he was going shopping, and the idol gave him money to buy the things he needed to cook. But, being stingy as usual, the silver-haired idol only gave him money to buy groceries for three days' supply.
Azren was dumbfounded when he received the money. He even froze at his boss's door. His human brain told him that humans could usually buy groceries for a week or even a month's supply so they didn't have to waste time going back and forth to the supermarket, but the idol stubbornly ordered him to buy a three-day supply for him.
He needed to go grocery shopping every three days, and that would be troublesome, wouldn't it?
Shaking his head in resignation, the demon had left the penthouse and was currently in the elevator. He massaged his sore temple with his left hand while his right hand pressed against the elevator wall. He could also feel the ailment called headache now.
A few minutes passed, and the demon had gotten out of the elevator and was walking toward the shopping center. He decided to buy some clothes first before going to the supermarket to buy groceries.
Azren glanced around, and his emerald eyes could see some shops such as clothes shops and jewelry shops. But, when he saw how the shops looked like, his human brain told him that those shops were super expensive.
The demon gulped nervously. The money might be enough to buy just a pair of underwear. Or maybe not enough to buy anything.
'Maybe I should go outside for cheaper shops later,' he decided in his heart.
He was about to turn around and head to the supermarket instead, but his eyes caught a glimpse of someone familiar. His movement halted, and his eyes squinted toward a direction.
"Gizach?" He whispered to himself.
He was sure that he recognized that someone. Gizach was one of the red-haired demons in the demon world. He was probably at the same age as him, and even their posture was almost identical.
The demon's red hair reached the shoulders, and it quite stood out in the crowd. Azren definitely could recognize that hair even from afar.
The blonde demon decided to hide behind a big pillar as he observed the red-haired one. He didn't dare to go closer because he was afraid that Gizach would recognize him. Even though he no longer had his demonic aura, but his appearance now was quite similar to his appearance when he was in his demon form.
He kept observing the demon from afar. The humans couldn't see Gizach, but he still could see the demon. He could see how Gizach approached a middle-aged man and whispered to the man's ear. Azren knew that the young demon was just doing his job. Gizach was trying to bring humans to sin.
He could see the middle-aged man's expression changed after Gizach whispered in his ears. Even though the human couldn't see Gizach, but he could hear his voice. He could hear how Gizach provoked him to sin, and it seemed that the man listened to the demon very well.
Azren shifted his gaze to Gizach and could see the red-haired demon smirked evilly. He knew that Gizach had succeeded in provoking the human to sin.
The blonde demon could see the middle-aged man walked toward a jewelry shop.
'Did Gizach provoke him to rob the shop?'
Azren looked panicked as the thought crossed his mind. He was about to come out of his hiding place to restrain the middle-aged man from sinning, but then he realized that he wasn't supposed to do that.
He was a demon, and bringing humans to sin was his job. Shaking his head, Azren brushed off the stupid thought in his head. He had learned from his mistake, and he wouldn't intervene in Gizach's job now. He would let Gizach do his job properly.
Gizach was still in front of the jewelry shop, looking like he was watching the middle-aged man he was targeting. Not long after, Azren could hear a woman screaming from inside the shop, and the people around her started to panic.
"There's a robber! He's holding a female shopkeeper hostage while threatening to kill her with a knife if the shop doesn't give her jewelry!"
He could hear someone screamed in panicked.
"Call the police! Call the police!"
"No! Don't call the police! He will kill the lady if we call the police!"
The previously peaceful atmosphere turned into chaos in instant, but Azren couldn't do anything.
Azren just sighed while shifting his gaze again. And his emerald eyes made contact with the crimson ones. The owner of the crimson eyes smirked at him dangerously.
Gizach found him!
