A strange feeling overtook her as she regained an actual body. During the transfer, she received both the plot and memories of the person she had to play.
If you thought this was a normal tyrant male CEO novel, you were half right. The body she was given did closely look like her, but that was where the positives of this person ended. She knew it would be hard for the system, X was what she decided to nickname him, to get her a body near the male lead who looked similar. Still, this was just pathetic.
The male lead, Cassian Hyr, was a morally upright heir to the underworld. Quite a dichotomy. He murdered his father, who had murdered his mother and cleaned up the underworld into an upright business empire. Starting at 16 he remade all the businesses under his control, the plot armor was strong. At his new company, the female lead was your typical ditzy Mary Sue. And who was her horrible role? Of course, the daughter of the worst family in the underworld, who did what Cassian hated the most, human trafficking.
Angelina Hart was her new name, which was also weirdly ill-fitting. Already formulating a plan in her mind, she realized this world was definitely introductory. Why else would she be given four years before the main plot started, when they both were 16.

Okay maybe not. Still, this body was not all bad, she only tortured people within the confines of her family's estate, and had yet to cause mass casualties. Cassian abhorred her family, and never attended an event of theirs. Therefore as long as she shows she is "different", his prejudice against her should fade as it is only in association with her family.
She also had a hunch she needed to confirm, but that could only be resolved by meeting him.
Using her golden figure, she requested two crucial skills that would cement her future plan of attack. What X had failed to mention was there was a limit of two skills per world, but she could keep the ones from past worlds that were already integrated into her consciousness.
Too many at once could cause her to implode mentally so technically it was unlimited, but she had to limit it to survive.
Securing the [medical] and [acting] skills she needed, she proceeded to take the underworld's medical exam. As most were criminals and could not go to real hospitals, the underworld had its own system in place to test "doctors".
They were in no way recognized in actual society but instead respected as the only ones who could treat those in such an injury-prone profession.
This would be enough to convince Cassian of her desire to "save" people and "help those in need" as her family restricted her from pursuing her actual dreams.
This plan was actually pretty foolproof, as the Angelina now was not the sadistic and evil one from before, and Cassian understood the most what it was like having an evil family who prevented you from being what you truly wanted to be.
Her father actually encouraged their meeting and did his best to set up an official one. Having the son of the most influential man in the underworld never attend your family events did take its toll. If Angelina was successful, the family could rise with her.
She could practically feel the gauge dropping when she allowed this, but it was sometimes necessary to take one step back in order to leap forward.
On the day of the meeting, she made sure to dress like her namesake, light pastel colors that were soothing to the eye, a light airy scent, and natural makeup. Her body did have more exquisite features than previously, but still retained an overall model-like physique that kept her from coming off as childish.
She drove herself to Cassians private estate. His father encouraged "independence". This worked for her since she knew their meeting and its contents would not leak.
Walking up to the house and led into his office, she could feel his indifference practically swallow her. The hate is strong in this one.
