Knowing he had a successor alive, he felt relief to die heroic in the hands of demons. But he had to make sure or do his best to let his two eldest sons escape. Lan Yan Qing leader of Moonblade sect sat in prison angrily. All sects were poisoned badly using a type of demonic poison that will make one weak and without Kung-Fu unless they take the antidote.
Suddenly a high-ranking demon walked into the prison. He unlocked the door for the Drunken Wine Sect and gave them the antidote. All the sects were shocked! "You! How Dare you work with demons!" Mount DongJing sect Leader Geng Yao shouted at Drunken Wine Sect leader Luo Meng. Luo Meng laughed. "That's your fault for not noticing, " he said as he followed the demons out of prison with his disciples. Other sects were disgusted and angry with him. The Angry Demon Long Huo spoke up, " those who my Demon Lord likes and approves of their behaviour will be freed and may return to their sects, but, " he added evily, " must pay allegiance to the Demon Lord, to the Demon Sect. " "never! Till I die I will never pay allegiance to the Demon Lord! " shouted Lan YanQing. "Oh I forgot to tell you, those sects that resisted, what was the name again, yes Luminous Pearl Sect and Water Wind Sect had been wiped out! Leaving no one alive! " snickered Blood Demon Chang Fu Lang. MingLan was devastated. Her father was dead, her sect was destroyed to ruins. She started to cry.
"I, sect leader of TaiShan plead allegiance to the Demon Lord, " Ling Yi Bi said. "How Dare you! " Mount DongJing sect Leader Geng Yao shouted with rage. Some of the other minor sects followed TaiShan and plead allegiance to the Demon Lord. "We'll stand our ground. We won't surrender to lowly scumbags, even if I have to die. I cannot let my ancestors down, " Lan YanQing announced. "Well said! " praised Geng Yao. "Dad, Brother Shu is still missing, " Lan QiLin said. "Don't worry. I have faith in that boy, " Lan YanQing looked over to his good sworn brother Shu Meng San who smiled back.
Then the demons and the other sects who betrayed the righteous side left to meet with the Demon Lord. "I didn't know that you were the descendant of the famous GaLa Manor. Forgive me for not being hospitable." Lan Yan Qing said to GaLa Yue. Everyone had found out his identity. GaLa Manor used to be so famous back then for their secret martial arts manual. Now, the remaining four sects knew he was on their side. So while in prison, they told him all that they know about what happened back then. They told him about Hong Lan Ru, his father's sworn brother who mysteriously died with the entire Hong Family.
"His wife went missing with their only son, who should be about your age now. I suspected they were killed. The Hong Family had a powerful medical book that claims to make one an immortal, combined with the GaLa Manor's secret martial arts manual, " said Shu Meng San.
GaLa Yue now knew why was his family killed for. He singled out the mastermind as the Demon Sect and the betrayal sects. The next morning they were forced out of their cells to meet the demon Lord.
They were brought to a grand hall, beautifully but demonicly decorated. It felt a bit familiar to GaLa Yue but he didn't know why. They stopped before a high platform with stairs ascending up towards the platform. There, up on the high platform stood the Demon Lord, high and mighty. GaLa Yue and Lan QiLin gasped in shock at the demon Lord. It was Yu Ru Rui. Other sect leaders were shocked too. They had seen him killed demons and helped the righteous sects. "You! How dare you, Yu Ru Rui!? You bastard demon Lord tricked and fooled all of us!" geng Yao yelled. "Ru Rui? How can it be you? " GaLa Yue said in disbelief. Lan QiLin angrily insulted him, " Yu Ru Rui, to think that I have trusted you so much. You have hurt GaLa Yue's heart bitterly, do you know that?! You have betrayed my trust for you! "
Yu Ru Rui laughed maniacally, "betrayed? Killed? Righteous? What are those?! Nothing but mere garbage in my hands. It was you the righteous sects, the seven great sects that destroyed my family, killed my family brutally, chased me to my death, who took away my everything! It was you the righteous sects, the seven great sects who made me into a demon. But you never would have thought I've survived right? To take revenge! And kill the seven great sects! "
"You?! Who's your father, " stuttered Falling Flower Sect leader Chu Ye. "My father, why it's Hong Lan Ru! Didn't you all wanted his medical book so badly!? "
They were shocked speechless. Lan Yan Qing was happy. "You're Hong Ru Rui? Little Rui? That's you? "
"Don't call me that name! You don't deserve it! "
"But why did you change your surname? " asked GaLa Yue. He was certain that the demons killed his family but now it didn't seem like.
"Why would I want to use a dead man's name? My name now is feared and respected by those around me! "
"There's one thing I want to ask, 5 years ago, was my family killed by demons? "
"No. It was righteous sects, the seven great sects who did it, then they killed my family. "
"How do you know? Do you have proof? " asked Lan QiLin.
"Do I need to show you proof? " he said softly but evilly.
"Then it's based on countless assumptions. I thought it was the demons who killed the two families, like how you killed many sects and innocent people, " Lan QiLin said.
"I believe you, " GaLa Yue said. The others were shocked. "How could believe this monster? A demon! " Geng Yao said. "Your father was an honorable who did nothing wrong. He wouldn't want to see you side with demons, " Lan Yan Qing said.
Lan QiLin was hurt at GaLa Yue's words. He still believe that cunning demon as ever. He knew Yue'er must have been possessed by that cunning demon. "I have already suspected he wasn't a human, " GaLa Yue said. "You knew, and you never tell? " Lan Yan Qing was in disbelief.
"And I, " Yu Ru Rui softly said, " never thought you would believe me. I never thought about your real identity. "
Geng Yao and Chu Ye wanted to kill Yu Ru Rui but due to the poison in their body, they dropped weakly on the ground. Yu Ru Rui laughed, " although I don't know which one of you killed my family, I will kill all of you. And make you suffer! " he flew down and broke the neck of Drunken Wine Sect Leader Luo Meng. Others quickly step back in fear. He then killed Chu Ye and some disciples. "Kill him! GaLa Yue! Kill him! Your body is different! The poison doesn't work on you! " shouted the only surviving son of Luminous Pearl sect, Ming Long.
GaLa Yue was surprised that Ming Long knew about demon poison. Before he could make any action, Yu Ru Rui commanded, "throw them all into prison now! Including him! " he pointed angrily at GaLa Yue. GaLa Yue said in a soft but clear voice, "you approached me just to get your revenge. You use me. "
"Yes, you're right. I use you. Blame yourself for having the same martial arts similar to my father, " Yu Ru Rui said ruthlessly. His father and GaLa Yue's father were sworn brothers who shared their martial arts together.
