Tasia pretended to think, "Because I pity them. They have a lot of work and it was just two of them." she answered lightly. From the start, she knew that Hadyan had seen her help the ladies-in-waiting. But she pretended to lie so the ladies-in-waiting wouldn't be scared when Hadyan appeared.
Hadyan sighed, "I am not able to really stop you from this."
Hearing that, Tasia chuckled, "Sorry, Your Majesty. You can't stop me from being kind to my own servant. I'm different from you."
"How dare you speak that way to me? I'll teach you a lesson before going to bed." Hadyan said which immediately made Tasia shrink.
After eating, Tasia went to take a shower first while the ladies-in-waiting cleared the dining table. When she finished, she found Hadyan was sitting at his desk.
Tasia peeked through the bathroom door with her body wrapped in a towel. She looked nervous and confused.
