After eating, Hadyan gave Tasia a medicine that tasted so bitter that she gave a funny expression after gulping it down. Hadyan chuckled amusedly as he immediately put a pinch of sugar on her tongue.
"Don't laugh! This is very bitter, you know?" Tasia hissed.
"You're like a child. I already gave you sugar." Hadyan said, still with a funny expression.
"How can that bit of sugar get rid of a bitter taste like this, Hadyan? Is this real medicine? It's not poison, right?" She took a sip of water but the bitter taste on her tongue would not go away.
"The healer said you shouldn't have too much sugar in the medicine. Am I that crazy to give you poison?" Hadyan laughed. He stared at Tasia for a moment, "There is another way to get rid of the bitter taste."
