"going gong! grrrr!" and the alarm clock sounded and a hand reached out from underneath the blanket and slapped the alarm clock before springing up from the bed.
"ahhh," he yawned loudly not bothering to cover his mouth. He looked beside him to check what time it was and the alarm clock read "6: 55Am."
Seeing this, he sprints out of the bed and rushed into the bathroom not minding the fact that his hair was all over the place even though he was wearing a headband.
He picked up the electric toothbrush from its case and puts it in his mouth."couldn't they have invented a toothbrush that could hold itself up," the boy thought as he stood in front of the mirror turning the brush from side to side not waiting for the required seconds.
After five more seconds of turning the toothbrush side by side, he quickly puts it back down rinse his mouth and took off his clothes before getting into the shower.
He took a quick shower and threw on his clothes which were red and green checkered pants and a plain white shirt.
He didn't bother doing his tie, and a few buttons were left flying open as he sprints out of his room and down the stairs to the kitchen grabbing a bowl of steamy hot rice noodles from the table, and started to take large bites.
"Eat gently Liu," his mother scolded, but he was already done after three bites. "Goodbye, mom." The teenager yelled as he ran out of the house and into the car that was waiting for him outside his front door.
"Drive fast please."
They arrived at his school which looked empty because everyone was already inside. The boy was used to being late, so he didn't bother.
He walked majestically now that he was on the school premises, looking the complete opposite of the unorganized mess he was after he woke up.
He fixed his hair as he walked to the class area. He walked into one of the classrooms, where other students wearing the same uniforms as him sat still on their seats each one of them staring at the book in front of them.
He looked over to an empty seat that was behind a pretty looking girl around his age, who was also staring down at her book and smiled to himself before walking over to a seat in it.
He dragged a strand of the girl's hair gently and she turned to flash him a small smile before turning back to her book.
The girl was completely unaware that a teacher who had just walked in, saw her smiling, and he asked her to go serve a punishment outside.
When Liu, saw that the girl was about to get punished because of him, he forced out a loud laugh, knowing it would anger the teacher, which it did, and the teacher asked him to kneel in the school field.
Liu Qian took his bag when leaving the classroom and decided to cut school early." What a shame, I should have stayed in bed," he said when he walked past the teacher.
He went back home because he knew his parents won't be there, and then he started to surf the internet trying to find out ways to propose to a girl, and a weird-looking invitation popped up on the screen of his computer. "You are one of the three legends. Accept your call to your destiny." Liu read out loud and burst out into a fit of laughter.
"Are you kidding me is this a prank by one of those hackers? Well good luck to them I hope they don't end up being hacked," the boy smiled and clicked on the link.
The moment he did, a blue light appeared on the screen, and "puff!" The boy was gone.

"Abdul Malik, when are you going to grow up, do you think you stand a chance out there without education?" A middle-aged woman scolded the boy standing with his head down in front of her "Why can't you see that all we wanted was for you to behave an easy life." She added.
"An easy life is one where you have supporting parents," the boy muttered under his breath not wanting his mother to hear him.
"The only thing you do all day is a seat in front of the computer playing video games which have no use for your future. Is this how you're going to take over your father's company someday?" The boy's mother said her voice going up a few octaves.
The boy continued to stand quietly because he knew it was better to wait out the scolding than for him to try speaking up and telling them his opinion.
In the house of every typical Nigerian parent, their kids don't hold any form of power over their lives not even when they become adults too.
You are not even allowed to look your parents in the eye, even though it was the year 2038.
One would think kids would be as rude as ever with the new age and all, but it was the complete opposite or maybe only for Malik because his parents don't take any form of disobedience.
When Malik's mom finished yelling at him, she left the house because she was about to go out when she decided to yell at her son to get a grip of his life before leaving.
Malik went back to his room after his mom left and turned on his computer deciding to play one of the newest online games he found a few days ago.
He clicked on the link after his computer finished booting. But just before the gaming site would finish loading, another link popped up.
"You are one of the three legends. Accept your call to your destiny."
"What piece of carb is this," the boy yelled and tried to click on the cancel button, but a bright blue light appeared on the screen, almost blinding his eyes, and then he was sucked into space.

"Milk banana drink for you," some said handing a boy sitting in a game shop the drink.
The boy collected the drink without looking at the person who handed it to him.
He was so focused on the computer screen in front of him that he didn't pay any more attention to his surroundings.
"Ah, Hyun Shik, when would you start caring for anything but video games," a middle aged man said with a shake of his head at the only boy present in the game.
Although it was late at night, the boy didn't make any move to get up. Hyun Shik was always the last person to leave the game house although he wasn't really there to play video games.
He was surfing the internet looking at movie celebrity pictures, tickets for auditions and anything there was to know about being an actor.
In the midst of his internet surfing, he saw an invitation pop up on the computer screen, and that made a frown settle on his face before he decides to exit the site, thinking he had entered a site with a lot of cookies.
"You are one of the three legends. Accept your call to your destiny." He read out loud, and then clicked on the cancel button, and a flash of blue blinding light appeared, and he also disappeared into thin air....
